Oh my goodness, this is THE place to come for sweet over-indulgence!
The decor is kitsch, American-diner style black and sparkly purple, with mostly booth seating and a couple of more open tables. There is a counter to one side where you order and pay, and a huge selection of ice creams and sorbets is available! They also have an extensive dessert menu with crepes, waffles, cake and sundaes, plus hot drinks, cold drinks and not just bubble tea but also bubble slush and even bubble milkshakes!
I went with a friend and we ordered an M&M-base waffle with peanut butter, banana slices, and Choco-Hazelnut sauce, with an add-on of mango and raspberry sorbets
We also ordered banoffee cookie dough with an add on of 3-scoop ice cream (coconut, dulce latte and raspberry sorbet!) - we split everything half-half.
Everything was an absolutely delicious, decadent treat, and with a Diet Coke and an Earl Grey tea, the price wasn't bad at all, in the low 20s.
We definitely did the right thing having this instead of dinner - go hungry! I know I'll be back to one of the Kaspa's chain (it's a franchise, they're all over the place with a few soon to open, so if you are interested do check your area too).
They lose a star for the weird seating arrangement - they sat us right at the back when we arrived, even though the restaurant was fairly empty, and there was a screaming kid sat right next to us so we asked to move, whereupon they said sure, sit wherever (?!) read more
