We were given a buzzer and asked to wait outside while it was made. The place is small, so this provides space for others to come in a place their order. We got the bubble waffle within about 5 minutes, and my daughter got to work on eating her delicious treat (after a few photos for you all of course)! True masters of their craft, each element of the dish was absolute perfection, the waffle was just right, slightly chewy with just enough crust.
