Hu tieu (dry) soup on side
Diana F.

3.5 stars Located in a super crowded plaza next to Luc Dinh Ky restaurant. The food is ok but at the usual $15 for an entree, I was hoping for yummier tastes. My friend said her hu tieu was a bit "too sweet" and my pan fried noodles was just ok/fine, some of my meats & veggies seemed like they were cooked too long, kind of scorched. Employees are friendly & shop is on the cozy smaller size.

Service was good and quick. We ordered six dishes and the best one was the shaken beef. The other dishes were a tad bit on the sweeter side for us.

Bún mắm ngonnnnn. Quán thoáng mát sạch sẽ. Chủ và nhân viên dễ thương. Great vibe, excellent service. Definity come back to try other plates too.

Great ambience and service here. Good Vietnamese comfort food is hard to find. But Thank goodness for Kasey's Pho and Grill in Westminster California which has been a community locals favorite for over ten years. They make everything fresh by hand and never frozen on a daily basis to keep all their kind and generous customers coming back for more every week. They also help the Seniors by accepting EBT Cal Fresh Debit cards. Overall I truly enjoyed their Amazing food options today. Everything was great and they have patio seating outside too. Nice comfortable clean restroom available for all guests. My Favorite is the roasted pork made to order or as an appetizer. Enjoy the Sunshine of Life. God Bless America

Garlic noodle with beef.

Hi. I'll get straight to the point. Food was flavorful, yummy, and honestly pretty quick to come out. The service was friendly, welcoming, and sweet. The ambiance was cozy, comfy, with a chill feel. I recommend the garlic noodles with beef. Add some of the soy sauce on the side into the noodles, mix, and boom a delicious comfort meal.

All the dishes we tried here are good, and the staff are quick and friendly. My favorite is the mi xào don.

It was hard to enjoy the food when there is no A/C especially in this hot weather. I didn't really it my food, it took it for to go because it was so hot. The fan wasn't doing much. Service is wonderful

Very Vietnamese hole in the wall with nice staff and pennywort juice. The pho was just okay but their banh canh was on point. Could've used more noodle but the meat portions were generous. Broth was good too. Solid Vietnanese squeezed orange juice. Plenty of parking and seating on a Sunday morning.

Silverware served in hot water??

The Vietnamese Pho restaurant without a number or Vietnamese name. I'm not sure who Kasey is, but I'm happy they have a place named after them. The place isn't very big and kind of reminded me of a New York diner without the barstools. it was very bright and fairly clean which was nice. Service was as you expect a place like this in Little Siagon, short, curt, and efficient. As par for this culture, individual dishes are delivered when they are finished, not altogether so everyone can start eating at the same time. One oddity I've never seen before is silverware was delivered in a cup of hot water. Maybe this is who Kasey is distinguishing themselves from other Pho places? Did they read this in a trade magazine and think this would help prevent the spread of Covid? In reality, it didn't hurt anything, was just, well, different. The food was OK and served the purpose of the moment. Parking was a little hectic as some nail salon was throwing a party hence blocking a few spots, but it didn't suck. Overall, there are better places in little Saigon, but if you're hungry and not picky, this place is OK.

Sliced Beef Filet Mignon & egg rolls
Olive D.

Unassuming restaurant but their food is the star.I highly recommend their Sliced beef filet mignon perfectly cooked beef and just right on the amount of spice used that brings out the flavors of the beef and when mixed with the vegetables so comforting to my taste buds. The pho is not salty like the other typical pho restaurant and the steak is not rubbery. Friendly staff who accommodate all your needs. In fact, since our first time to try this place we asked a lady who tells us that her daughter only prefers to eat pho in Kasey's. And so she recommends us the food they usually order. Therefore, the verdict is in this restaurant made it in my go to Vietnamese restaurant list every time we're near this area.

Tyler K.

From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed! The lady greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately sat us down. My friend and I ordered a few different dishes to experience what they have to offer. We orders the crispy noodles which is a fried noodle with a gravy and vegetables on top that was to die for! Also the fried rice which has shrimp and sausage was amazing and so flavorful. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. This one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever been too! Thank you Kaseys Noodle for great customer service, amazing fresh food, and a nice place to sit down and enjoy a great dinner! I will definitely be back!!!!! AND if your reading this wondering should I eat here? The answer is YES! You will be so happy to eat here

Noodles with a grilled pork and egg rolls. Bún thịt nướng chả giò. Delicious.

I call them saying I got the wrong order and if I can get a refund or dispute because I am not going to pay for something I did not want. Upon calling, they asked if I can drive back and return it but I'm already an hour away on the freeway. They took down my name and number and said they'll redeem the same order in my next visit. Kind of reminded me of Baekjeong. Got the combo A that came with either a choice of pork belly or pork collar + beef brisket + choice of stew + cheese. Opted for the pork belly and soybean paste stew with seafood. I usually don't like pork belly, but the pork belly here was exceptional. The fat and juiciness was not like any other kbbq spot where you get tired of eating the meat. It was a plus that they had instructions of how to pair the meat with salt, cheese, or their other sides that they provided. The salt really enhanced the pork belly flavor and the cheese paired perfectly with the meat too. The soybean paste stew didn't really have much seafood in it that I noticed. Ordered Combo C- with pork & Kim chee stew as our stew choice. Banchan of: Kimchee (very good, not too spicey, garlicky full of umami), bread & butter type pickle slices, cabbage & red pickled beet combo, mustard green(?), and pickled white radish/daikon. Interesting unexpected banchan. Staff sets up and cooks/cuts the meat for you. Much like Mo Rak Do up the street does. Combo C has a variety of pork pieces. Excited to try pork jowl for the first time. Ample portions. All fresh with the added bonus of aging sticker info for the pork belly. All the meats were VERY good. The belly had a nice distribution of fat to meat ratio. The jowl had high fat content with a slightly firmer bite to it. Great choice. We selected the pork & kimchee stew. Also very good. A side thinly sliced green onion salad also served. The dipping ingredients: course sea salt, wasabi, sweetened shoyu with garlic/green onion bits, & a samjang mixture. All very tasty. Course salt is a nice upgrade. Beautifully presented. Plenty of staff to attend to your table. Menu also has add'l meats to add for a larger group (table of 6 to our right). Honestly I was glad it was my female cousin & I. Too much competition to grab our meat portions if the 2 piglets had to share. A definite return in the near future. Yes, these aren't all you can eat prices. Because it's above AYCE quality meats. This place is a winner all around for service, food quality, adequate venting, parking isn't bad (strip mall). One thing noticed. I never did get my one bowl of rice. Gotta have meat & rice right? Well...miss piggy didn't miss it.
