We came here on a weekday afternoon during a winter holiday week and had a blast!…read more This place features a large wooden rink in the middle, a smaller practice rink on one side, a window for rental skates in both kid and adult sizes, and an arcade section and snack bar with eating area on the other side. Admission with rental skates included was $10 per person with no time limit. The decor was reminiscent of the early 2000s (think: neon glow-in-the-dark murals on concrete walls) and they played pop hits ranging from the 2000s to modern day. It felt a bit like a 2000s-era after school program activity in the best possible way! Overall, we had a great time skating here for about an hour. The staff were good about keeping people moving in the same direction, and the rink had plenty of people, but not too many as to cause a constant danger of collisions. This would be a great experience for children and adults alike. Especially for the price, the hours of fun here can't be beat!

They also have a few arcade games where you can win tickets and a snack bar with plenty of seating. I used to skate a ton when I was younger, and was looking for something fun and active for both of us to do together (instead of me watching her run around at the playground or spending over $20 per hour for her to jump at a trampoline park- this is the perfect fit and really affordable, and we both get exercise and have fun. We're looking forward to going again soon!

Pretty decent hockey rink. It's one of the rinks used in the league that I play in, the NESHL (New…read moreEngland Senior Hockey League) and I found it to be one of the better ones so far. The parking outside is spacious which is pretty awesome - it's in fact a lot better than the rink in Everett in those terms. And that is also the case for the locker rooms which are also pretty big. That aside, the ice was in pretty good condition and not as soft as in other rinks, mostly because of the fact that the rink itself is kept at a colder temperature. The lighting of the ice is decent but the benches are a bit too short in length. Some of us had to stand up during the game... All in all this is a pretty solid ice skating rink though. I'm playing there next week and look forward to it.

Tufts a no gotta their own rink on campus since they didn't have varsity hockey until a few years back. Good trivia (trivierrr) in case you're ever in town. It's small, not a lot of seats, but it's cozy. And you can see just fine, and they don't mind if you stand up right next to the boards so that's cool to get the close up especially when there's a big hit right in front of you. Plenty of locals in the stands (who knew there were so many Norwich hockey alums in the area?) and lotsa "Hey Laaahrrry, how's the wife?" type of talk. Always amusing to hear. Jack had never been to a hockey game so it was pretty fun for him. However, I think he had just as much fun playing the racecar video game in the lobby. Actually I did too!
