Please consider sharing your findings with the BBB, Ohio Weights & Measures, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Ohio Attorney General. Kroger, as a near monopoly, has a duty and obligation to provide honest and fair pricing practices. They are knowingly and willingly doing the opposite of this. The burden of having to audit receipts, to this degree, should NOT be required on there consumers part.
