Took my nieces, sister, and my mom here to try something new. My niece loved the chicken satay especially! We also ordered pad Thai, Thai tea, and mango sticky rice - it was all phenomenal. Our server was so sweet and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Can't wait to go back.!

A close family friend whom I adore had asked me and another friend to join her for dinner at Karta Thai. I had never been there. She is like an aunt so I had to say yes. Sooo glad I did. One of my favorite Thai places in the Twin cities now. Our server was a very nice fellow. The food was tasty and very fast. Only complaints is it's a bit of a dive and small in terms of tables. But it's all worth it folks!

Went with my daughter and mom after a shopping trip and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant impressed with its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and our waiter was particularly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Service was impressively quick, with our dishes arriving promptly and piping hot. As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The green curry and Pra-Rham Karta were standouts--rich, flavorful, and packing just the right amount of heat. The drunken noodles were also quite good, with fresh Thai basil adding an authentic touch. Unfortunately, the beef in the Yum Neua salad was a disappointment, as it was tough and difficult to chew. Overall, while not every dish was perfect, the excellent service, cleanliness, and flavorful curries make Karta Thai worth a visit. I'd definitely return to try more of their menu- maybe from their drive-up take out window!

This place seems like a hole in the wall but it is so good. Service was just "ok," but they were very busy during lunch and only had two waiters. I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Chicken Pad Thai, which was on special. Everything was served fresh and was very delicious and seasoned well. I do wish that the Spring Rolls had more shrimp, but nonetheless they were good. I am also glad that they put the peanuts on the side (without me asking) for the Chicken Pad Thai dish. I like to control "how much" peanuts are used with this dish. Keep in mind, they do ask how much "spice" you want on a scale of 1-5. I asked for a "3," and OMG, those noodles were very spicy so keep that in mind. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my lunch.

Absolutely loved this place. It's a small, cozy restaurant with a really charming atmosphere. The service was quick and genuinely kind, and every dish came out fresh and full of flavor. The Thai food here is delicious -- rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. A perfect spot for a casual but memorable meal.

Authentic and very delicious Thai food! Love to pop in for lunch or dinner or both! We order the tom yum soup, pad Thai and fried rice. Never disappoints! The staff is very friendly and quick to seat and serve you. The restaurant is small but there is plenty of seating. Depending on the time you come, you may have

Good food, quick & friendly service and a nice little dinning area. Typical Thai menu, they had it all. They also had a good beverage selection, both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Hidden gem in Roseville! Based on the outside, our expectations were low, however we were pleasantly surprised!! The inside is quite cute, and our server was very friendly and gave us recommendations when ordering. Food came out very fast as well! Definitely recommend the Yum Woo Sen salad and the Karta Special. Have never had something like it and they were both so yummy

The restaurant was not very busy inside at dinner time so it was no problem getting a table, but it was apparent that their take out/to go business is booming from all the pick up orders! Clean restaurant inside, friendly service, and delicious food. The portions are large so I'm looking forward to leftovers tomorrow.

A nice, humble Thai restaurant in the heart of Roseville's shopping district. We ordered the pineapple fried rice and the pineapple curry, and the curry was the far and away favorite of the two. Full stars for service and presentation as well! The curry has a sweet heat to it, and is heartily portioned. Expect leftovers! The fried rice was pretty good but it was a tad too dry for me; I ended up doling some of my partner's curry sauce on it and that made a big impact.

Thai Beef Jerky & Sticky Rice

Ordered via DoorDash, got the Thai Beef Jerky & Sticky Rice. Customer Service did a great job, as advertised the beef jerky was chewy, but not tough, had good smoky flavor. Sticky Rice was done perfectly (in the aluminum foil to maintain heat and moisture) Plus had Crispy Thai Lobster Rolls (Lobster, Crab, avocado, celery, onion, & cream cheese in wonton fried golden brown) which had the perfect mixture. Good amount of food for the price considering current food cost. 2 great dipping sauces for added flavor. Great meal!

Good food. Okay vibes. Cool art. Nice and friendly service. The crab fried rice was good. I thought the seafood delight was okay.

With two locations that are both consistently amazing, I've never had a single subpar experience. The restaurants are clean, simple and have great service. One thing I really appreciate is how clearly they label gluten-free and vegetarian options. The menu is packed with choices for different dietary restrictions. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and full of bold, authentic flavor. My go-to favorites are the pad thai, green curry, drunken noodles, Thai fried rice, yellow curry, and the spring rolls, they truly never miss. If you're new to Thai food, you can't go wrong starting with the pad thai and fried rice. If you like a little spice and depth of flavor, definitely add a curry to the mix. The portions are generous (perfect for sharing), and everything is consistently fresh and delicious. I can't recommend Coconut Thai enough!

I totally get this is the same Coconut Thai as an Edina, but I would have to say the Edina…read morelocation. The flavor is much more robust. I got the pad Thai chicken and it was just less sauce than I would like. I like it just a thicker sauce like how they do it in the Edina location. They have a parking lot at the back for about 5-6 parking spots. I would skip the calamari next time the breading is just way too thick. They charged me $3 extra for a side of fresh bean sprouts. I never had that happen to me at any Asian restaurant my entire life, but that's OK. It's highly unlikely I will come back to this location. I really like the Edina location 100 times better.
