What a fun surprise to see that the old Noodles and More has transformed into Thai & More. The bright and welcoming dining room has not changed much. The gentleman who waited on me was very hospitable and full of smiles! What a treat in this often grumpy world. When I saw that they had a Burmese noodle bowl, I had to try it out. I have never had Burmese food before! Admittedly it was pretty strange: a stewed catfish broth. Well as expected the fish is but a figment of imagination, completely melted into the broth. The dish amounts to a vegetarian dish with noodles plus an al dente egg. It's full of flavor though! I would say the flavor is very unique, but pleasant. Next time I'll try their lunch specials, which are typical Thai fare like curries, Pad Thai, Pad See Ewe etc. FYI their pho is on the pricey side at $16+ for a regular bowl. Well with the closing of Pho Tan Phat in Fridley this is the spot in this area until you get to Pink Flower in Moundsview. I'll be back Thai & More!

The food is good. The menu price is no longer accurate to what they charge for the beef pho, it said $14 but I was charged $16. The tables are only sticky.

Highly Recommend this quaint little restaurant! Came here on a Saturday night with family & the food did not disappoint. Our favorites that we ordered: 1) Fresh Spring Rolls (Pork & Shrimp) 2) Cream Cheese Wontons 3) Chicken Pad Thai - Spice Level 2/5 4) Pineapple Fried Rice - Pork 5) Panang Curry - Chicken We also ordered the Thom Kha Soup -Chicken but not our favorite & probably would not order again. The staff is super friendly and service is quick. Many people were picking up or ordering take out and not so many dining in. We will definitely be back to try more from their menu.

Fresh clean flavors in our dishes today. Great service from Evan (only server during lunch). Both curry lunch specials were phenomenal! What you don't get in fancy decor, you get in flavor. I'm a fan

This spot is a cute little whole in the wall. I'm not sure but it seems family owned. Limited parking but we had no issues finding a spot. The service was quick and friendly. The Food was delicious. If you like Thai you'll enjoy the food here.

Tasty neighborhood Thai restaurant. We went here after checking out some ice castles a quick drive away. We wanted something hot and this place closes at 9. After checking a few reviews which gave this place rave ratings, we were intrigued and decided to give it a go. The restaurant was pretty empty around 8pm. We saw a few take away orders and a single table was seated after we came in. Pretty rustic table set up, but the staff were friendly enough. I ordered the cream cheese wontons to start and had the pad Thai as my entree. The wontons were fresh out the fryer and were creamy and delish. Half triangle fold, not my favorite, but easy to bite into. The pad Thai I ordered pork and 3/5 spicy and it was quite nice. Noodles, meat, bean sprouts, lime on the side; can't go wrong. I'm not often on the north side of the Mississippi, but if I'm ever in the area, this restaurant would make the consideration set fer sure! One thing to note: this place has a very easy to miss entrance next to the gas station, so be on the lookout.

This is a small, family-oriented restaurant serving authentic Thai food, with a few Burmese items added to the mix. It does not have a liquor license. There is a reasonable amount of seating indoors, and a few tables outside as well. While we were there, the restaurant was doing a booming take-out business (Saturday night). We started with chicken satay, with the usual cucumbers and peanut sauce. The chicken was overdone, to the point of having the texture of jerky. In contrast, the Radna and Massaman curry were equally terrific, with large enough portions that we were able to make a second meal out of the leftovers. If you run out of rice, simply ask for more!

Good fresh food. Nice weekday lunch specials. Staff was friendly. My favorite item was the Massman Curry. Tasted like it had different spices than other restaurants( maybe cardamom?) Also loved the special Burmese food items throughout the menu. The chef was Burmese. Unique for the Twin Cities.

The Tom Yum soup is some of the best I have ever had. Been here three times and I have not ordered anything else as it's so good. Trust me the food here is five out five without a doubt. So why the four star then? Well the service has been mixed for me here. The first time it was amazing. They were helpful and guided us to a great meal. The last two times it's been ok. The waitress the last time was tapping the table when my son was having a hard time deciding what to order. Not a good impression to leave. Also a small gripe as I am not a fan of restaurants that do not have soda from a fountain with free refills as 3 dollars for a can of pop is a bit much. The ambiance is classic Asian themed that fits the establishment well. Love the food and with a bit better service and options for drinks this would be a five easily.

The wontons were cooked really well--crispy and fresh--but a little on the bland side flavor-wise. Still, I'd take them over the egg rolls, which were smaller than expected and just okay. The real standout, though, was the orange chicken. Easily one of the best I've had in my life--perfectly balanced, crispy, and flavorful without being too sweet or too heavy. That dish alone is enough to bring me back. Next time, I'm definitely trying the hot and sour soup. Looking forward to returning soon.

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is welcoming; the host was super super nice and very polite. It genuinely feels like the focus is clearly on delivering authentic, flavorful Thai comfort food. I had the Thai Fried Rice: This dish was a winner. The jasmine rice was perfectly blended with egg [I ordered extra egg] scallions, and tomatoes, giving it a delightful savory and fresh flavor. It wasn't overly greasy [which is a plus] and hit that sweet spot of a hearty, flavorful fried rice dish. The portions were also generous! i also ordered the Vegetable Egg Rolls and they were excellent. Crispy, golden-brown wrappers filled with well-seasoned cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. They weren't oily and came with a tasty sweet and sour dipping sauce that complemented them perfectly.
