The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service.
