Not only did the owner come to my house to give me an estimate he explained everything to me and later that day sent over a breakdown of what needed to be repaired on my son's Toyota 86 sports car. My son had damaged his car on the driver side and I truly thought it was not going to look the same if I moved forward in getting it fixed. What sold me the most was when the owner mentioned they take pride in paying attention to the smallest detail - which they honestly did. Not only did he text me updates almost everyday on the status of the repairs, he gave me options in either replacing certain parts like the frame brand new or would look for one to lower the cost. Reason being was that I paid out of pocket and he took into account any financial burden that it would have on me. On top of all that he got my son"s car fixed sooner than expected and my reaction was priceless. It looked clean and PERFECT. It sat inside the trunk for 5 days before I noticed acid draining from the trunk--I only noticed because it had eaten through the drain plug! After cleaning the area thoroughly with baking soda, I saw that it had corroded part of the tire well. Nikki hooked me up with an appointment the same day. Kenny explained that he could sand it, put some rust proofing, and spray it with primer to make sure it doesn't keep spreading. They knocked it out in less than 24 hours and made it look brand new! I was impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of the work, and super reasonable price. Having to go to a body shop always sucks because it means something went wrong with your ride, but these guys honestly made it painless from the drop-off to the after-hours pickup. The fact that I didn't have this hanging over my head any more within a day was the best feeling. Next time you need a body shop, look no further!

I wrecked my car coming into the driveway about two weeks ago. My mother came to the epic collision…read morecenter a few months ago and her story was very simple. Something hit her car on the freeway, the insurance company gave her an inaccurate evaluation on the damage and she was pretty much stuck with the bill. When she brought it to the Epic collision center, the team here had my mother's insurance reevaluate the damages. This helped my mother by getting her car done quickly and no money out of pocket. All with the help of the collision center. When it was all said and done she told me how great of a job they did so when I had my little accident I knew where to bring my car. My insurance wasn't able to cover these damages so I came out of pocket for the work done in the photos. The owner evaluated my car himself, was extremely patient with me (I can be a handful) and helped me by working the price the best way he could. I couldn't be happier. The work is great and I didn't break the bank. He got my car in tip top shape and even fixed one of by break lights out of his expense. Our family will be taking our cars here for life from now on due to their kindness and customer service. Most importantly they honored the price and time table given to me on day one.
