Today I finally got my car back after 1 week.I highly recommend Rene and his team @ ACC Auto Collision Center. I got a 1st inspection with Kemper in Baldwin Park and the 1st inspector from Kemper wanted to pay around $728 for left T-bone damaged caused by a driver. Rene was able to get me a 2nd inspection where they were able to fix not only the damages from the T-bone but also new tire, alignment, and bumper fixed ending in a total of almost $3,000.Rene had a staff female worker bring me home after dropping off car for repairs and answered all my questions. read more

After getting in a 5 car pile up on the freeway the night before, my wife, dog, and I were stranded in our van that wouldn't start. As bad as that night was, we ended up being lucky enough to be dropped off by the tow truck in the parking lot of ACC that night. The next morning, after a sleepless night spent in the broken van, I met Rene. I have to say he was like a guardian angel / good friend. He didn't have to help us or deal with us, we weren't even getting body work done at his shop, however he helped us sort out a mechanic to get our car fixed and running... and he even helped us secure our badly damaged car (broken windows) with security film for our long drive home. When I tried to pay Rene for his super generous help, he denied. He said this, "I know what it's like to be stranded. I'm just glad I could help." I have to say that he deserves some sort of recognition for helping us like he did. He turned a nightmare into a story that gives us back some faith in humanity. Thank you, Rene! NOT HONEST. Mainly dealt with Rene. He quoted me one price and once I commit he does not honor his quote. This type of shady dealing is probably a precursor to how they will repair your car. Definitely don't expect them to be straightforward and expect them to over quote. If you pay with insurance that's fine but out of pocket, beware! Came here thinking the reviews on yelp over a year ago were good. However, things have changed and my experience was a different story. read more

This place was recommended to me by Benlo RV who has been in business for a long time, they know their craft and wouldn't recommend just anyone, still skeptical I came to see what they were about expecting to not like them as much, turns out they totally blew me away!! Rene is fantastic, he knows his business well and is very pleasant, polite, respectful and professional. I got into car accident and I called this shop to see if they could help me out with the repairs. They had a tow truck pick up the car from my house an hour later. In conversation I told him I was having issues with State Farm and he told me not worry about it he would take over. He called me with updates as the process went along and make sure I was in the loop. After all was said and done the car ended up being a total loss. He pull out everything I needed from my car and set it aside so I could pick it up at my convenience. Overall did everything he could to make it as easy as possible for me. Will definitely use again if I'm ever in this situation. read more

My car had its catalytic converter stolen while I was at work in the staff parking lot. I didn't hesitate, I knew exactly who to call for the repairs: ACC Auto Collision Center. They did repairs on my car just last year and did a phenomenal job, and this time around was no different. Their customer service is nothing less than above and beyond. Case and point : when I initially got my car back after they replaced the converter it sounded and ran like new but I noticed that just after a few days it started making a funny sound. I let them know and they checked it out immediately. It turns out someone tried to steal my cat, again! This time they tried cutting directly into it! ACC patched it up replaced some parts AND ALL THIS WITHOUT CHARGING ME A CENT. They even dropped it off at my house while I was at work. What else can I say. The skid plate on my car half fell off and I took it into the shop this morning where I was received right away. They were friendly and attentive and replaced my broken clips free of charge within 20 minutes. The girl who hit my car tried convincing me to take it to her family members, I was so shaken up!! I end up driving to the nearest place , as I approached ACC , Rene quickly approached me and asked about the accident to make sure he understood everything , he answered all of my questions and concerns, he explained everything with clarity and detail. I have been taking my vehicles to Rene for a few years now and I have always been completely satisfied with the work he has done. He has done a complete paint job on my 74 SS Nova and made it look brand new once again. Someone took out my passenger mirror on my 2014 Camry and I had to purchase a new mirror (unfortunately they come black from the dealer) and had to have it painted, Rene and his men painted it and got an exact match on the color of my car. I can list off a few other things ACC has done for my vehicles but the fact that I keep bringing my cars to him for work that needs to get done just shows how much trust I have in them fixing my vehicles to make them look perfect for me. read more
