A totally honest and legitimate family owned business. While everyone else was quoting me 800-1000 to pay my side skirts, Duran's came out to be the most affordable. I called and spoke with Jessica and dropped off my sideskirts and they were ready a few days later. I wouldn't say the match was perfect but they were honest and told me how difficult a triple white Pearl would be and even explained how different surfaces and materials affect the outcome. They told me if I had a sample or part of my car to leave behind they could match it better but I couldn't care less. I brought my car here to get some body and paint work done. my car and i had gotten into a fight with a garage wall. needless to say, my car and i lost...badly. before coming to duran's i was quoted by various shops that fixing and repainting everything would cost near the ballpark of 3,000. duran's discounted me to 2,200, and even fixed other dents and scratches and reattached my spoiler (which was coming loose), included in the cost. the paint was exactly the same, including the factory protective coating that i purchased when i first got the car. the only complaint i have is it took two weeks to get my car back. i started having withdrawals from not driving a manual. bottom line: duran's does excellent work and they're willing to work with you on price. nice people there made it a great experience from beginning to end. this is my body shop from now on. read more

I've taken my car here 3 times already. Twice for body work and once for car detailing. This is a family owned business and let me tell you, these guys are AWESOME. They live, breath, sleep fixing up cars. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and take care of your car as if it was their own. This last time I had a near fatal accident with my 2008 corvette on the freeway. The back half of the car was wrecked. Considering the parts on a corvette are large panels, 50% of my car had to be replaced. The total damage was $20K. This was a huge project for Duran's. They had my car for quite some time (about 2 months), mainly due to custom pieces that were ordered and waited on. I could not believe the restoration work they did. It looked as if I just drove my car off the dealership like it was the first day again. I did however had to take the car back because the suspension was set too high in the back. The owner promised me his work is 100% guaranteed so if i noticed any issues moving forward, to bring it back anytime. These guys do a lot of custom work and paint jobs on cars. Whatever your damage and needs are, these guys are up for the challenge. By the way, the car was returned to me each time with a detailed carwash too! read more

This a top notch high quality body shop. I have been here on 4 different occasions and have been more then satisfied every single time. Family owned business so they are always willing to work with your situation. Jess is amazing at her job and extremely knowledgeable. Let me share one of the instances that I went there. My wife's grandmother put a dent on my car right around the wheel well into the area where there is a angle (Kia optima) so it was just about pulling out the dent. I took it to another shop for an estimate and quoted me around $2,000 because "they would have to replace the entire quarter panel and match the paint". I wasn't about to make my wife's grandmother pay that amount of money. Went to Duran's (which I should have done to begin with) I explained to Jess the situation and she said I have a guy that can make it look as good as new for $400. SOLD!!! Took it in the following week in the morning and had it back later that day (they even detailed it before they handed it back to me). Great work by everyone here!!! read more

I wanted to give them a higher rating but the quility isn't what it was years back. We took 2 cars over 10 years ago to Durans. One was in a accident and we didn't even think the car could be repaired. A week or so later the car was perfect. Just like it was brand new. So we decided to bring an old beater we had for over 20 years to them. This car had years of body damage from the neighborhood kids using it as a play yard gym. But the owner Ric introduced us to the body repair man Steve who also did the work on our first car. Steve was a funny jokester type and said the job "was a total loss, the wreaking yards wouldn't even touch my car". I was bummed out and then he said "I'm pulling your leg, it's was a piece of cake". And to say the least what durans did was a miracle. These guys really knew what they were doing. I even bought a low rider magazine that featured the shop to show my buddies that this guy worked on my cars. Now our daughter who goes to school up north, had an acciedent so we sent her down there. When she got her car back it wasn't the same as before. The paint match was off not by much but noticeable. We can see where patches were done for the repairs. Her bumper sits a little higher on one side now. We called down there and explained how unsatisfied we were and how much we has recommend them to all if our friends over the years. We were told the "Steve" who did our repairs back then was an older man who now retired. but assured us the new staff was just as good. We meet them with them but they just didn't have that same friendly attitude. They did offer to fix it. Unfortunately the rental fees and the time ware no longer an option for my daughter who need to get back to school. my daughters education out weighed the poor quality. So we left it at that. But I would recommend looking in to another shop rather then durans. read more
