I came across his business after yelping a few places, and he offered an in person consultation the very next day (COVID safe of course). We met at my outdoor shower venue, where he brought balloon samples in a variety of colors, and together we reviewed the design and details of my installation. As luck would have it, there was an unexpected morning SHOWER at the park where my event was held (pun intended).
