Very old and not maintained equipment!…read more I'm really disappointed so many things went wrong. Drapes- I asked for Ivory and light blue drapes. The set up are two different types of Ivory and they don't match at all. The ceiling is an Ivory and the walls look yellow. The Yellow/Ivory ones are so old and worn out. They have very obvious and big stains, tears and look really beat up. Rigo even agreed they are different but apparently I had to deal with it because that's all they have. They are not Ivory they look Yellow. If I would have been told earlier I would have changed from Ivory to White. Rigo was upset that I called him as soon as he left to tell him the drapes are not ok but also how could the staff not see they were terrible. He agreed to come back and change them but was bothered as if it was my fault. I even texted him with the count to make sure they would be changed and matched. He said don't worry, I'll be there to change them. He came back the next day and only changed a few stained ones. He said this is all they have and he supposedly never agreed to match the color. Chandeliers- I asked for a Gold throne and Gold Chandeliers like on pictures from their IG. I was told that wasn't discussed, although it was and I had specifically asked for gold and blue theme. I even showed pictures of what chandeliers I requested. Also, why would a client want a gold throne with silver chandeliers. It makes no sense. I got silver BROKEN ones that had to be fixed when putting them up. I could live with this mistake, but the drapes were awful. Garden chairs - I cleaned and wiped them, they were so dirty. They are old and beat up. I couldn't remove the stains and pen writing on them. Very old equipment and not maintained. I moped the dance floor stains too. Oh, and we provided my husband's tools. No big deal but come on. I was so disappointed. I really don't think I received the service paid for especially for the insane amount. I paid even though I shouldn't have. I just wanted the whole nightmare over with, I was tired of arguing and getting no where it wasn't worth the energy anymore.

What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jackie and the team at Go Big Events Co.! Jackie was an…read moreincredible partner in helping me bring my vision for my 50th birthday celebration, Studio 50, to life. I had a VERY specific creative vision and had spent months dreaming up and curating all of the details--from the different spaces, colors and décor to signage, feathers, sequins, disco balls and all the little surprises throughout the night. Jackie completely embraced my ideas and was amazing at helping me figure out how to execute them beautifully on the yacht. She was organized, responsive, patient, resourceful and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. She went above and beyond, even coming to my house the Sunday before the party to pick up all of the things I had collected so I wouldn't have to worry about transporting everything myself. That tells you exactly the kind of person she is--so sweet, so helpful and always looking for ways to make things easier. And then I walked onto the yacht the day of the party and WOW. Seeing this crazy vision I had been carrying around in my head actually brought to life was incredible. Jackie and her team executed everything beautifully and pulled all of those pieces together exactly as I had envisioned. My guests were absolutely blown away, and I heard over and over again how incredible everything looked. Even people who work on the yacht commented on how transformed the space was! Most importantly, Jackie gave me the confidence that everything would be handled on the day of the event so I could stop producing and actually enjoy my own party. That was priceless. I would work with Jackie and Go Big Events Co. again in a heartbeat. If you have a big vision and want an amazing partner who will listen to you, embrace your ideas, care about the details and help you MAKE IT HAPPEN, Jackie is the one. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me bring Studio 50 to life so beautifully. It was everything I envisioned--and seeing it all come together was absolute magic. Amy
