Very old and not maintained equipment! I'm really disappointed so many things went wrong. Drapes- I asked for Ivory and light blue drapes. The set up are two different types of Ivory and they don't match at all. The ceiling is an Ivory and the walls look yellow. The Yellow/Ivory ones are so old and worn out. They have very obvious and big stains, tears and look really beat up. Rigo even agreed they are different but apparently I had to deal with it because that's all they have. They are not Ivory they look Yellow. If I would have been told earlier I would have changed from Ivory to White. Rigo was upset that I called him as soon as he left to tell him the drapes are not ok but also how could the staff not see they were terrible. He agreed to come back and change them but was bothered as if it was my fault. I even texted him with the count to make sure they would be changed and matched. He said don't worry, I'll be there to change them. He came back the next day and only changed a few stained ones. He said this is all they have and he supposedly never agreed to match the color. Chandeliers- I asked for a Gold throne and Gold Chandeliers like on pictures from their IG. I was told that wasn't discussed, although it was and I had specifically asked for gold and blue theme. I even showed pictures of what chandeliers I requested. Also, why would a client want a gold throne with silver chandeliers. It makes no sense. I got silver BROKEN ones that had to be fixed when putting them up. I could live with this mistake, but the drapes were awful. Garden chairs - I cleaned and wiped them, they were so dirty. They are old and beat up. I couldn't remove the stains and pen writing on them. Very old equipment and not maintained. I moped the dance floor stains too. Oh, and we provided my husband's tools. No big deal but come on. I was so disappointed. I really don't think I received the service paid for especially for the insane amount. I paid even though I shouldn't have. I just wanted the whole nightmare over with, I was tired of arguing and getting no where it wasn't worth the energy anymore. read more

0 stars if possible, made an appointment days ahead, they reached out to move it 2 hours later which I agreed to. Then 1 he before asked if I could move it again. I was alreadybon my way and told them I am heading to the address provided on my email conformation. Get to that address and the person tells me they no longer are at this address now they are at Whittier. Made me drive from santa ana to paramount to not even meet me at all. Very unprofessional. Rigo did 2 of my events. One was a birthday and one was a graduation party and both of them I was super pleased with the results. His creativity and detailing is great. His wife and daughter both are especially amazing when it comes to decorations and they help you out and share many different ideas that one might have not touchy about. I don't normally leave reviews but I had to because this So called " company " dose everything to fool you into thinking they will give you the best experience with them and gives you the complete opposite . My husband and I met with Marco to get an estimate for a tarp set up with drapes and with tables , chairs , table covers, ballon decorations he seemed very professional and trustworthy and very convincing once it came down to give a deposit he reassured that everything would come out very good . He never mentioned in the contract that we would have to do the set up we paid him for our selfs the day he got here to " set up " he only wanted to put the tarp he said we had to do the rest unfold the tables chairs and set them up we paid him 1,400 $ for us to set up ? all he did was put the tarps and wanted us to do the rest He never mentioned that to us or put it in our contract. He also told us that we can keep the tarp set up until Monday that he typically let's people do that because it's more convenient so that's one of the reason we chose him to do the Job as well . He showed up UNANNOUNCED the day after our party in the morning our party was Saturday he showed up Sunday morning mind you he had said Monday so we were very upset He's not only a liar but he clearly tells you what you want to hear to get the job and once he has your money he dosent care about anything he told you prior or what you agreed on he knocked on the door Sunday morning and said clean up the tables we are taking our stuff we got 10 tables we were expecting him until Monday so we had not cleaned yet I mean it was the morning after the party we were planning to clean Sunday morning since we agreed he would come until Monday but yet he showed up Sunday morning and got upset at us for the tables not being cleaned and ready so him and his crew threw everything on our grass and trashed our home . This so called " company " is doing this only for the money and will seem so professional and end up being everything but that please don't give this guy your hard working money he dosent deserve it and don't let him fool you ! . read more
