So I didn't think twice when ordering again this year since my experience the first time was great. BUT this time it wasn't so great... I placed my order MARCH 19, 2020 for a "Bubble Bouquet" to be picked up APRIL 15, 2020. Keep in mind I placed the order a MONTH IN ADVANCED. I Dm their Instagram the Day BEFORE my pickup date to schedule a time to pick up and get no response , @ 3:40pm I then DM their Instagram ONCE AGAIN @ 8:44pm and get a response. She said my order was going to be ready at 12:30pm but and I quote "at the moment we do not have a blue box can i offer you white red or black?" I was like ummm okay... (keep in mind I ordered A MONTH IN ADVANCED) I said yea it's fine it's just the box that's going to be white everything else will be BLUE (the color I asked for). I live 30 - 1 hour away from Downey with traffic so LUCKILY i left an HOUR EARLY to arrive on time for my 12:30pm SET PICK UP TIME. As I'm on my way to pick up my order Mandala Sky DMS me saying & I quote "We have to make a delivery in 20 min and won't be back until 5:30" THIS IS AT 11:55. TECHNICALLY I STILL HAVE 30 min to pick up my order THAT WAS SCHEDULED AT 12:30. I get a little bothered but say it's okay this is why I left early. I arrive at 12:00pm and get my order... There was no blue at all... I tell the lady "I though I asked for it to be blue" she said "they didn't tell you we didn't have a blue box?" I said "yes but I though just the box wasn't available in blue" I look at my order in disbelief.. I placed this order A MONTH IN ADVANCE. 85$ for something I didn't ask for?? I even sent her a picture of what I wanted it to look like. I just take my order and tell her to have a nice day. She didn't even seem to care that I obviously wasn't happy with my order. But this is most definitely the last time I order from them. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. They lost a customer forsure!

Jackie was an…read moreincredible partner in helping me bring my vision for my 50th birthday celebration, Studio 50, to life. I had a VERY specific creative vision and had spent months dreaming up and curating all of the details--from the different spaces, colors and décor to signage, feathers, sequins, disco balls and all the little surprises throughout the night. Jackie completely embraced my ideas and was amazing at helping me figure out how to execute them beautifully on the yacht. She was organized, responsive, patient, resourceful and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. She went above and beyond, even coming to my house the Sunday before the party to pick up all of the things I had collected so I wouldn't have to worry about transporting everything myself. That tells you exactly the kind of person she is--so sweet, so helpful and always looking for ways to make things easier. And then I walked onto the yacht the day of the party and WOW. Seeing this crazy vision I had been carrying around in my head actually brought to life was incredible. Jackie and her team executed everything beautifully and pulled all of those pieces together exactly as I had envisioned. My guests were absolutely blown away, and I heard over and over again how incredible everything looked. Even people who work on the yacht commented on how transformed the space was! Most importantly, Jackie gave me the confidence that everything would be handled on the day of the event so I could stop producing and actually enjoy my own party. That was priceless. I would work with Jackie and Go Big Events Co. again in a heartbeat. If you have a big vision and want an amazing partner who will listen to you, embrace your ideas, care about the details and help you MAKE IT HAPPEN, Jackie is the one. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me bring Studio 50 to life so beautifully. It was everything I envisioned--and seeing it all come together was absolute magic. Amy
