The process- We did a few strands of streaks towards the front of my hair, colored my hair throughout to bring one color, did a quick trim plus face framing cut, glossed and put the toner, washed my hair, and lastly blow dried it. She squeezed me in the same day, spent HOURS carefully correcting the color, preserving the dimension of my balayage, and making sure my hair still looked healthy and natural. She stayed until 10 PM (an hour after closing!) to make sure everything was right and never once rushed the process.
