She was very picky and Donna was one of the few stylists that could give her a look that she loved. My wife goes to Donna Pascoe's Salon on a consistent basis. She loves the comforting atmosphere and talking with other clients and the stylists there. Donna does a great job cutting, coloring and styling her hair. She frequently tells me that this is the best styling she's ever had. Donna also consults with clients about the best things they should do for their hair. Donna has a line of hair products under her label that helps your hair look great and feel healthier. On a personal side, I find Donna to be a caring, talented woman who helps people with her experiences and knowledge. She is multifaceted and invented a wine aerator that works quickly and immensely improves red wine. It is called Il Piccolo Sommelier The Art of Perfect Aeration. I've used it and it works great!

I came in asking basically to just give my hair an overall lighter color. Prior to this experience I had never had any coloring done to my hair and I was very nervous. I wanted an overall lighter experience but nothing that looked unnatural. I am so pleased with my experience. Liz knew exactly what I wanted and couldn't have hit it more spot on. I can't express how happy I actually am with the experience. I also had my hair cut by Liz and am so happy with that. I couldn't be happier with the current length and color of my hair. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience here was so unprofessional and chaotic…read morethat I feel obligated to warn others. I came to Denise for Bellami K-Tip extensions, and the installation was not done correctly. The hair looked stringy and thin, nothing like the Bellami hair I had before, and my scalp was red, inflamed, and painful from too much natural hair being pulled into each K-tip bond. When the amount of hair inside the bond isn't equal, you get constant tension, and that's exactly what happened. The bonds were twisted, uneven, and catching every time I ran my fingers through my hair -- causing breakage. A few days later, on 11/23, I returned to the salon to show Denise my concerns in person. She saw the twisted bonds herself and acknowledged the issues immediately. She offered a full refund on the spot, saying she would issue it after removing the extensions. We scheduled the removal for November 29th, because she told me she would be unavailable for the next four days due to surgery and 11/29 was the soonest she could get me in. About an hour after I left, she messaged me asking for photos. I sent them. Then she asked me to come in on Wednesday so she could take photos -- even though she had just told me she would be unavailable because of surgery. Still, I agreed and confirmed Wednesday at 12:30 PM. Then on Tuesday, she asked me to come in on Friday instead. I found that confusing since my removal was already scheduled for Saturday -- why not just take the photos then? I asked if we could take the photos on Saturday, she sent a new appointment confirmation... but it was for Friday again. I assumed my Saturday removal appointment was still confirmed, since that's what we had agreed on and she never said otherwise. On Friday, she texted asking where I was. I responded that I thought we were confirmed for Saturday. After that, she stopped replying completely. I messaged her multiple times over the next several days with no response. Then out of nowhere, I received a false and unprofessional email accusing me of things that simply didn't happen and saying she would not be issuing the refund she had already agreed to. The entire situation was chaotic, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. I have screenshots of every appointment change, every cancellation initiated by her, every message, and the written refund agreement. I will also be posting photos of the poor K-tip installation once the extensions are removed tomorrow by a different stylist. Between the damage to my hair, the constant rescheduling, the unprofessional behavior, wasted time, and the emotional stress of trying to follow her shifting instructions, this was a $1,600 mistake and yet another disappointing experience with someone who should have acted professionally. THIS WOMAN IS MANIC. NO CLIENT SHOULD BE PUT THROUGH THIS....HER RESPONSE vs. my screenshots of communication show she is a complete liar and a fraud.
