I was honestly panicking and walked into Hair Cuttery hoping someone could help me fix it. Lisa absolutely saved my hair. She squeezed me in the same day, spent HOURS carefully correcting the color, preserving the dimension of my balayage, and making sure my hair still looked healthy and natural. She stayed until 10 PM (an hour after closing!) to make sure everything was right and never once rushed the process. What impressed me most is that she didn't just cover up the problem -- she thoughtfully corrected it while keeping the hair dimensional, soft, and flattering. The final result looks polished, healthy, and so much more sophisticated than I expected after the disaster I walked in with. Lisa is patient, talented, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'm incredibly grateful and already booked my next appointment with her. My stylist Wafa is absolutely amazing . I followed her here a few years ago. She is an expert stylist, cutting my hair, taking out my grays and giving me highlights. She accommodates me with early appointments which I appreciate as well. , Today, I decided against highlights and just had my roots done as I wanted to give my ends a little reprieve. I'm usually stubborn and say only take an inch off. She gently coaxed me to accept a couple inches instead due to my dry and frayed ends from the pool. I'm glad I agreed. Todayy I stopped in without an appointment I had Ozzy take care of my hair which was very damaged chemically from chlorine from swimming and also die to my hair that was a lot of breakage and just terrible. I was prepared to go extremely short so I didn't want to. Ozzy took care of my hair she made it look nice again and I will be going to her for now on I highly recommend her. Was charged for a deluxe blowout which their website quotes a deluxe blowout as "thick,coarse, and/or curly hair. I clearly have fine, straight hair so it should have been charged the classic blowout. The stylist was also very pushy trying to make me get highlights even after being told multiple times no. Utterly Disappointing Experience I visited The Hair Cuttery hoping to receive a professional wig cut as their services were advertised. However, my experience was distressing and highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and possible discriminatory practices. Upon arriving my appointment was met with confusion and a lack of discretion from the staff who publicly debated their inability to service my wig, despite having confirmed over the phone that they could prior to the appointment. They claimed my wig was synthetic and after informing them that it was human hair, they said they have "no way to verify that". Despite offering services for hair extensions, the salon staff was astonishingly unable to discern whether hair is synthetic or human. Not only did this cause me to question their expertise and reliability, but their professionalism and compassion were brought into question. They loudly refused me service in front of the salon which made the environment seem very unwelcoming and hostile. Nonetheless, I left without protest and thanked them for their time. This was my experience a year ago but I'm moved to write this review today because I contacted The Hair Cuttery again, looking for the same service. I only encountered further inconsistencies. They initially indicated a possibility for a consultation but then refused to book an appointment, claiming that i had five no shows on my account. I asked if this issue could be rectified because the claim is entirely unfounded as I had been present at the salon and refused service, but was not given any way to solve the matter. This entire ordeal was not only a monumental waste of time but also deeply concerning. The staff's inability to provide clear information as well as their unprofessional behaviour raises serious questions about their customer service and business ethics. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider patronising Hair Cuttery. While I cannot speak on the quality of their hair services I can say that the treatment I received was not only unprofessional but also carried undertones of bias that should not be present at any establishment. Such behaviour is unacceptable and deserves to be called out edit: and the link they respond with is a 404 error. don't mistake it for them actually caring about their customer base. read more

Stylist tried to up-charge the package price that I had preselected on the App when booking the appointment. She said that my hair was long and thick and would need more blowdrying. My hair is at neck length and is not thick. I feel that she put in a minimal effort. read more

This was the worst hair experience I have ever had. This girl from Nepal did not know how to cut short hair. She kept cutting and apologizing for what she did. Washed my hair twice because she thought it was all the goo that she put in my hair...I would never go here again. She even asked another hairdresser to help her. I never had a bad haircut until now. Hair cuttery in Delray offers a great quality haircut at a really reasonable price. I am new to the area, and I have been twice. I loved my first cut and so came back for a second time. It's consistent from what I've seen. I have medium length curly hair that I wear straight.
