I have been seeing this doctor for about 2 years now and agree with the previous post about his…read morebedside manner. The lady at the front desk is rude. The ladies at the back desk aren't much better. His gal that does lab work can never hit a vein. And the gals doing the infusions are cheerful. Other than that, this Doc is just in it for the money. It's not at all about serving the public. I'm told he's the best in town-is this true?

HORRIBLE, giant waste of time, $, gas! This Scrawny, wimpy, lack of education…read moreno personality and ZERO bedside manner is a joke. DON'T BOTHER WITH HIM, he is a no class loser excuse of a doctor. I filled out the 15 some page questionnaire and brought my own list of diagnosed medical illnesses and medications. I am disabled and went before a Judge that made this decision. My NP referred me to it. He saw me for less than 10 minutes, moved my leg, arm and felt my hand, asked a few questions. It left the room and they took blood and never contacted me again. I have been to other Rheumatologists and know how a normal appointment should go. I even got billed for him to sit on a stool and look like an idiot! I called multiple times to ask about a plan of action, labs his nurse claire was just as bad, said loser didn't know what to do. She never even went over labs REALLY.......... I later called the office manager roseanna, a very rude, unprofessional who refused to accept Medicare's assignment to wash my bill for loser doing nothing for me. She said on my questionnaire the small picture of a man didn't have circles on any parts of bis body (my Husband helped me fill it out, as I have arthritis) so he explained my level of pain and where, instead of making a bunch of circles. So roseanna said because of that the loser formed an opinion of me before I even got there and that he would do nothing for me. I have appealed the bill, filed a complaint with Board of Medicine and others to make everyone aware that this loser is not worthy to treat anyone!

I was under the care of Dr. Brodeur for over a year for Gout as he came highly recommended as the…read more"Gout Whisperer". Unfortunately, in my case he never was able to control my constant gout relapses by just slightly increasing the dose of Allopurinol from 100mg to 300mg and to take Colchicine as needed. Recently I had yet another attack as shown in photo and I called Dr. Brodeur's office several times beginning on a Monday with no response until Friday five days later from a nurse who admittedly confessed it was her fault not returning my call as they were busy. Although she admitted her neglect, she didn't apologize and was quite rude. My response matched her rudeness as she was unconcerning and unsympathetic about my pain. Surprisingly Dr. Brodeur called me two days later on Sunday Jan 26th at 8;20 a.m. Our call was lengthy, but he didn't offer any relief except advising me to continue taking my medicine which includes the Colchicine as needed and to call back if I needed anything. On Feb 6th my already painful swollen gout had flared even worse (see photo) so I called his office for advice and as the Colchicine I was prescribed by my PCP doctor was expired, I asked if Brodeur could prescribed as he told me to take as needed. The nurse informed me that she talked with Dr. Brodeur about my condition and that he stated that since I was rude to his nurse 2 weeks prior, that he would not be issuing me an order of Colchicine! So the doctor is making me suffer because I had a personal problem with one of his office staff . Note that the doctor didn't mention anything about this staff incident to me when we spoke on Sunday the 26th. I did like Dr. Brodeur personally and we got along swell, but he probably should have simply asked me about the incident to clear the air instead of refusing me medical care.

This is entirely dependent on listening to the patient and piecing together numerous clues. Dr. Holtz takes time with her patients, is empathetic and knowledgeable, and is really personable. The whole office is lovely, from reception to lab work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist I saw is a pro--painless and efficient blood draw. Intake paperwork is sent in advance, and getting set up with their office is easy and thorough. Easy processing of insurance as well. Just a great overall experience.

Completed the online forms, set up a scheduled phone call, received confirmation of time & day of phone call only to be ghosted. It also makes one wonder if, after forking over 4 figures a year, the difficulty in getting to a physician during non-business hours. Although irritated after having my time wasted, I'm going to put this experience in the win column.
