Their parts prices are a bit higher than other dealers, but if you need a part "today" they usually have them in stock. I've had good experiences with the parts department, and their parts specialist has occasionally given some advice with the parts that's worth its weight in gold. In reply to the KBB comments, look the price up on KBB and insist on it. If they won't pay that (or accept the value), then move on. You can definitely find a dealer who will pay the actual trade in value. Benna Ford is a traditional dealer, you need to negotiate a price. If you don't know how, bring someone with you who does. If you're a skilled negotiator, you can get a great deal here, if you are not, then you should go to an up front pricing dealer like Apple Valley or Hudson. Benna does have some very cool and unique cars that you won't find anywhere else, expect that you will pay more for these. Tonka F150's and Shelby and Roush Mustangs command a premium, don't even look at them if you can't pay the sticker price. The key is no one is forcing you to buy a car here. Know the price you are willing to pay in advance, before you walk in the doors. You should do enough research that you know more than the sales person selling the car. You need to be willing to walk away if the deal doesn't work for you. Seriously, get up and walk out the door. There are thousands and thousands of Ford dealers. You can order a car brand new at any dealer (other than super specialty models) for the exact same price as buying off the floor.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My experience with Benna Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram had…read morenever been an issue until my last oil change on February 4th. When I brought in my Pacifica for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told that the tire rotation could not be completed due to cords showing on my back two tires. That was fine. They gave me a few quotes, and I went along my way. They gave me copies of my invoice, and the quote, but did NOT give me a copy of the standard multi-point inspection done at every other oil change. That should have been my first red flag. My husband didn't trust the work performed due to a lack of an inspection, so we took the van to our friend who is a certified dealer tech, names will not be mentioned. February 8th, we got the van in the air to replace the tires. This is when our friend found out that we needed rear brakes, measured at 0mm, and front brakes. The fronts were around 4mm on the outer pads and 0mm on the inner pads, stuck caliper pins. The shop let me leave with a major safety problem, a lack of brakes. This was NOT mentioned to me at the time of my oil change. Mind you, it was only four days between the oil change and the day the tires were removed. After the work was done on my vehicle, I attempted to contact the dealership to get a copy of the inspection that should have been done and given to me at the time of my oil change. I had requested it to be emailed to me. When they did email me a copy, they emailed me a copy of the invoice, NOT the inspection I had requested. It took 3 phone calls and 2 days to finally get a copy of the inspection. The service department claimed they were having computer issues at the time, which is what delayed them sending it. After I received the inspection, I sent it to my husband. He called and spoke with Rob the General Manager on Tuesday afternoon and Al the Service Manager twice on Wednesday. The service manager recognized the faults at play and blamed the lube tech for the failures, the dealership management never took accountability or responsibility for this scenario. The Service Manager stated that the lube tech, Gabriel Vuorenmaa, looked at the brakes with a flashlight and said the brakes looked fine. The Service Advisor, Lori Carignan, should have caught that the Lube Tech did not perform the multi-point inspection and thus failed her job too. The Service Manager told my husband that they don't do brake inspections, and the lower half on the inspection on every car that comes through the door, because it's too much work for them. (I know for a fact they do indeed complete brake inspections because they had told me previously, the my brakes were getting low) During the first phone call with Al, my husband was told that they would not refund our visit or assist us with any of the emergency brake repairs that were needed that same weekend, but they could offer one free future oil change. Al was told that just wouldn't be good enough due to the circumstances and was asked to speak with the GM about this. The GM is who told Al to offer one free oil change. He did however call the GM back and they upped it to three free oil changes! An estimated value of $240 of services just didn't sit right with us as we can no longer trust their service quality or word. I drive with my two kids (12 and 6) in that vehicle, and I will never put their lives in the hands of this dealership ever again.

Will not call you back and act like you've never been there how this company exist is beyond me. I had to contact Chevrolet corporate and let them know How they conduct Business . will update. As the Minnesota Attorney General will tell you my last visit I dropped off my truck and stated an electrical issue was stopping my vehicle from starting stopping intermittently and my transmission was shattering. I check in a week later they say they have no record of me being there even though they have my truck I check in the next week and they say they're waiting on a service contract. I said I would pay the difference if they are putting non-OEM parts in after warranty I was told my truck was done. Everything was covered. I get there and I was told I have to pay $500 for a wiring harness which gym the service manager waived because he knew Adrian was a scammer. Apparently the next day of my transmission was shattering so I brought it to a real professional who told me it was a rebuild so I called them back and asked what the deal was, and they finally admitted that they got the transmission from a junkyard after I specifically stated I wanted OEM and to call me with any updates. I picked up my truck, they lied to me and now I'm dealing with a vehicle that was in worse shape than I picked up. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Northland Chevrolet, I've contacted Chevrolet corporate Minnesota Attorney General and will be pursuing pursuing this matter legally and will update. After a second oil change (see below), Kia of Duluth failed to properly secure the drain plug. Weeks later, while driving on a busy highway with my child, the plug fell out. White smoke poured from the car. We thought it was going to catch fire. We stood in the cold, far from the vehicle, while emergency services responded. Another Kia dealership confirmed the plug was missing and the engine had no oil. They stated it was highly likely a service error--not a maintenance or warranty issue. These plugs don't just fall off unless they're not torqued properly. Kia of Duluth caused over $10,000 in damages and showed zero accountability. No apology. No concern for our safety. Instead, they tried to blame me for not noticing oil leakage. I did not notice any leakage. After I said I'd file a complaint if needed, the store manager stopped responding. This was dangerous, expensive, and handled with complete disregard. Stay far away. ADDITIONAL CONTEXT LEADING TO ENGINE FAILURE Before the catastrophic breakdown, I had already experienced serious issues with Kia of Duluth's service. I was originally quoted over $800 for a repair, but after calling other Kia dealerships and Kia of Duluth's own parts department, I discovered the actual cost was significantly lower. I never confronted the advisor--just asked for the correct price to be honored. After that, communication stopped. I was never told when my car was ready, and when I picked it up, Dave would not look at me or speak to me. While driving home, I noticed the oil change sticker wasn't in the window and the oil looked dark. I called to verify the oil had been changed, but they couldn't confirm it. At that point, I asked to be refunded--I was tired of the poor service and wanted to get my oil changed elsewhere. They refused to refund me and insisted I return. I drove three hours round trip, and that's when they performed the oil change that ultimately led to the oil plug failure and engine destruction.
