They delivered a more lovely and robust arrangement than the picture I selected. My relative really appreciated it since they were recovering from a serious surgery. Thank you for making the process so nice and also very easy to purchase online. read more

After a recommendation from the wonderful Hotel Vienna, I called Karen's Flower Shoppe for an arrangement to be delivered for our anniversary. Karen was so helpful and made sure that the arrangement was there before we got there. The vase was filled with flowers that were so beautiful and full of color. You can tell that these will last for a while, unlike the online companies whose cost more and are usually good for only a few days and Trust me, your recipient (and you) will not be disappointed. read more

My friend ordered me some flowers to be delivered but the first day I ended up not being home, they were still very underground and rescheduled for today. Tom the delivery man was extremely kind and patient as I don't have the best service in my apt and missed his call saying he was here. Thanks Karen and Tom! The arrangement was beautiful' read more

Cannot recommend Karen more highly! Karen and her shop provided the florals for our recent wedding, and the end result was just absolutely stunning. She was one of our two vendors (along with our photographer) we had for our wedding who truly just knocked it so far out of the park that we don't really have the words to thank her enough. The bouquets were all perfect, the table arrangements were beautiful, and Karen even stayed on the premises to help repurpose things (e.g. the gorgeous outdoor arbor piece got turned into a beautiful indoor mantelpiece). Communicative, clear, and reasonably priced...so glad we found Karen! read more

They did flowers for my elopement and they did such a beautiful job! I had an image of what I wanted in my head and I wasn't sure if I was communicating what I wanted properly. I asked for flowers for my hair, a bouquet, corsages for my witnesses, and she recommended boutonnieres for the men. What she put together surpassed my expectations. The flowers helped make the day really special. My friends also sent me a housewarming plant from them. It is high quality and beautiful as well. read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Karen and her team this past July for my wedding at Windham, NY. I highly highly highly recommend using Karen's flower shoppe! 1 - She was attentive: came with us to the venue multiple times to understand the flow of events and made excellent suggestions. 2 - She was flexible: we made a last minute, day of, change to move the cocktail hour inside and she didn't miss a beat. 3 - She was realistic: we planned an outside wedding on July 4th which came with some restrictions on flowers that would stand up to the heat. Karen told us what would work and helped us swap out appropriate flowers to get the look we were going for. 4 - She was enthusiastic about learning something new: We had a semi-traditional wedding with a bedeken (veiling ceremony) and a chuppah (marriage canopy) both of which were draped in flower garlands. Despite not knowing what I was talking about she did her research and asked great questions, knowing that the more she learned from me the more she would be able to help her business in the future 5 - She has a fantastic eye: the flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL and she introduced me to new flowers that I didn't know existed. All of the guests remarked on how perfect the arrangements were for the venue and feel of our wedding. 6 - Her flowers lasted: we used them for the cocktail hour, ceremony, reception AND a BBQ the next day, outside! Many guests took the flowers home and they lasted well into the next week. Thank you, thank you Karen and team for making our wedding a beautiful, beautiful day! read more

Karen's Flower Shoppe truly made my brother and sister-in-law's wedding. I reached out to them with less than a week's notice and just a single Instagram "inspiration" picture to go by and they made the most gorgeous bridal bouquet and boutonnières(for the groom and best-dog), matched the wedding aesthetics and color scheme perfectly AND delivered them to the venue all while being incredibly communicative. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for the quality of work and service they provide. read more

My mother is turning 95 and received a magnificent flower arrangement. Her dear friend from Colorado asked if I could recommend a local florist. Connie and Karen exceeded expectations and the delivery person was super sweet too. The rumors are true...Karen's Flowers is the BEST!!! read more

Karen's Flower Shoppe is one of the best florists I've found anywhere in the world. No exaggeration. She listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice, told me things I didn't know, and demonstrated an authentic interest in giving me the best experience possible, rather than making a quick sale. She spent a great deal of time on the phone with me - and she was patient, polite, and professional. She exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karen's. AAA+++ read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom who was in the hospital with Covid. Since I couldn't go see her, I wanted to send her something to let her know I was thinking about her. I ordered them at night and they arrived the very next morning and they were BEAUTIFUL! (She sent me a picture.) She was discharged after nearly two weeks and called to tell me that her flowers were as fresh and beautiful as the day they had arrived. The process couldn't have been easier and the service and the product were amazing. I would recommend Karen's Flower Shoppe to everyone. I wish there were more than five stars. Shop local! read more

I am an avid user and believer in Yelp. So being from Long Island I need to find a florist near Catskill NY. Karen's was a little up the road but would deliver to St Patrick's Cemetery in Catskill. I explained how I had grave blankets delivered to my family plots in Newburgh only to find out I paid but nothing was sent out. Twice! Karen's driver is going to text me a picture of the grave when the blanket is laid down. Thank you Karen's for putting my mind at ease. This is my first Christmas without my best friend, and I feel confident they will do their best by me. Thank You Again read more

I went to Karen's Flower Shoppe two months before my wedding, hoping she could help me pull together a large assortment of wild flowers for my wedding. I didn't know the names of any of the flowers, and only had a printed picture collage with me to reference. That didn't matter, because Karen knows her flowers! Within a matter of minutes, she had made a list of 15+ wild flowers from the photos I showed her. She also got on the phone immediately and called a colleague, to ensure that they could get these flowers from California in time for my wedding (since the flowers were out of season). On the day of the wedding, Karen's team delivered all of the flowers to our house. When my bridesmaids and I saw them, we couldn't stop squealing. They were even more beautiful than I thought they would be. We used them to decorate our wooden farm tables inside the barn (where we had the reception), and they looked absolutely incredible. They were also very affordable. I am so grateful to Karen's Flower Shoppe for helping me pull of my dream wedding. Thanks Karen! read more

We live in California and got married last weekend in New York. Karen was easy to work with and all our flowers were beautiful! We could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We had flowers, garland, and potted herbs for tables and they exceeded our expectations. Karen delivered everything herself on time as well. Strongly recommend! read more

I hired them to do my wedding flowers. I don't live nearby, so we only had a phone consult, and I definitely had my fingers crossed on the day of the wedding. I was greatly relieved when the flowers arrived and they were absolutely perfect! Karen pulled off exactly what I wanted to a T. In addition, the flowers were delivered right on schedule, and did I mention their prices? They were incredibly reasonable - especially when you're used to NYC prices where I'm sure they would have been triple. I highly recommend this business. read more

Karen put together all the flowers for my daughters wedding on June 15th. The colors matched the bridesmaids dresses to a T. The brides bouquet was spectacular. Since I am Scottish, she was able to get me a Thistle ( my national flower) for my purse. For the cocktail hour we gave her small vases with colored beads and she was able to match the flowers and ribbon around the vases. It was a huge surprise. The flowers and tulle arrangements on the pews in the church were beautiful. The table arrangements were gorgeous. I am giving Karen's Flower Shop a huge shout out and recommendation. read more

We ordered a corsage for a surprise birthday party and the final product was not as expected. When asked to redo this with more details, the women behind the counter argued with me that tlwhat they made was a standard corsage. Arguing with a customer about what the customer wants is poor customer service. I do not recommend their services due to their poor customer service. read more

Karen's Flower Shop was absolutely AMAZING. Karen was so wonderful to work with and has top quality flowers. We met and I told her what I was thinking and her ideas just came pouring in. I agreed to her ideas and I couldn't have been happier. I was going for the Country Chic look and she pulled it off! And then some! Karen has Amazing Staff and was so pleasant to work with.
