Third time here, this time for a drop in with friends and this place has been around for years now…read more We came at 10:30am on a Saturday and it had some kids but not crowded. By noon and onwards it gets very busy and crowded at the play junctions due to birthday parties starting up. It'll ebb and flow but it can be too chaotic for some people so I'd recommend come once it's opened(and watch your kid) From the front entrance to thoughtful touches throughout, this place is well run. I'm actually surprised and not grossed out so far, cuz anything to do with kids does not stay clean. Once you enter and pay, you head to the right hallway to remove shoes then around the bend to hang up jackets afterwards. This keeps the front tidy and dry, as it being a socks only environment, it's especially needed in the winter from the salt rocks getting tracked in. There are half doors for in and out traffic and lots posted signs for rules and directions. The washrooms offer flip flops and some carpeted areas to keep feet comfy, change tables and wipes and looks clean for the few hours I've been here today. The snack bar offers coffee and drinks, snack sized chips and on weekends pizza by the slice or full party (20 slices) can be freshly ordered in (25-40 mins for delivery). This is a nice option so you can play a little longer here and not be hangry. Lots of tables and chairs to eat at and to watch the action. Tip: I asked staffed so it's confirmed. You are allowed to go back out and bring back in food! WHAT?!? YASS you can! three of us parents left and went to McD's(down the street) and brought back a whack of takeout, sat here on the tables to enjoy it without the guilt and enjoyed are mc Cafes and kids meals no problem. We cleaned up after ourselves and everyone else followed suit with their Starbucks, packed lunches and take out. The staff do their best to keep up with tidying up the front, sweeping salt rocks, running the cafe and keeping an eye out for kids climbing unsafe structures. I saw a staff kindly remove a boy climbing on the princess castle and another off the toddler netting and no parents around to claim these kids. This is the only part I'm concerned about but it's really the parents to keep watch on their kids playing safely. Staff don't patrol for safety and waiver states this (as I see a kid crying in a corner and more than one on the trampoline) Toys, there's lots and they are well maintained and newish looking. I've been to other places where the sticker of the cars are scrubbed off or looks worse than second hand, the ones here all look clean or new. With lots of roaming room to play, they even have 2 Thomas train roller coaster(step2) that gives little ones quite a thrill, and made the day for one parent hogging it! Parents are allowed up in the play structures and down the slides, max 250lbs. There's a fenced and netted area for kids under 3, couches, benches all around and even 2 coin operated massage chairs! We were here from 10:30am-4pm! I noticed a staff with a handheld dyson, vacuuming the floors and up into the play structures, and another sweeping the front foyer, so it shows they do clean but these places are very hard to stay clean. Conclusion: play places are a lawless chaotic jungle of excitement, know your kids ability to play and please watch them closely or they can get hurt.

If you can get there when it's empty, a total pleasure. Otherwise I'd say skip.

They helped us set up when we brought our decorations and food, and made us happy and comfortable at the place. The food and cake wrap up was really quickly. Whatever on the kids plates uneaten were thrown out. They provide water, cups, plates, cutlery, decor, table cloth. They also helped us box things to make this party exit quick. No worries about food or loot bags - Extreme Fun took care of both. Plus, we ordered a custom cake and my daughter LOVED it!! Knowing we weren't sharing the facility with anyone else gave me peace of mind. There was an area for parents to relax and their coffee was so good that a couple of us asked for the brand name. The kids all enjoyed running around and there was a good variety of toys and games to keep them entertained. Everything was so clean in the play area and especially in the washrooms. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. Our daughter said it was her best birthday and asked if we could have her little brother's birthday party there too. We absolutely will be back - I have already booked his September birthday party. Thanks to everyone at Extreme Fun for making our celebration such a success. See you in September.

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

Kids Fun City is a good size indoor playground for the kiddies and adults can play as well. I was here for my nephew's birthday and we had the whole place to ourselves after the facility was closed to the public. With the private party option from 6pm - 8pm, the kids were allowed unlimited playing time of all activities that the facility offered. Plus we had usage of the two party rooms and the main sitting area. Essentially all of the Kids Fun City was open just for us. The facility is a shoe-free place, therefore, everyone had to remove their footwear at the entrance before they enter through the front gate and must wear socks. This was great to keep the area germ-free and clean as possible. The place was definitely clean and it was actually nice to be without footwear as everyone can be a kid once they passed the white gate at the front entrance. There was a snack food stand, but we didn't use it as we were able to bring our own catered food which was delivered right to the facility and the staff helped to set up. We also brought our own cake with knife and serving spatula were provided by the facility since we weren't allowed to bring our own. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful - we should hope so as they're dealing with kids. Plus the staff announced when the cake cutting was to take place and gave us a 15 minute closing time warning over the PA system. Overall, a great place for the kiddies and adults alike as everyone had a wonderful and fun time. It was definitely a fun city.

So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.
