Located by the cineplex at eglinton and pharmacy, this indoor playground is busy - so, so busy…read more There's plenty of parking but it can be tight and busy since it's so close to the movie theater. Located here are a few things: 1) indoor playground - it's decently large with lots of climbing and slides. Material is okay but definitely is getting worn. 2) inflatable bouncy castle. It's not huge but can hold a decent number of kids to jump around in. 3) arcade - lots of fun kids games that require extra money per play 4) pseudo tree top trekking - small course that hangs in the ceiling. 5) party rooms are available to store stuff and eat food in if you rent one out There's also some random toddler toys tucked away in various nooks and crannies of the indoor playground. The one downside is that it's sooo busy. I'm not sure what the max capacity is but there were so many kids and adults, it's sometimes hard to maneuver. It's great for elementary kids and up but not great for toddlers. There's only 1 set of washrooms so it's gets dirty and crowded fast since there's so many kids. One thing we didn't like was they advertised a package where there's enough food and drink for x number of kids. Ends up being just two medium pizzas and some juice boxes. Each kid got one slice and one juice box which wasn't really much. Summary: Pretty fun for kids of certain age but it's so busy and crowded, kind of too much sometimes.

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

With modern technology, it's primarily cashless so from a cost benefit model it works! The games are not typical and keep kids entertained. My favourite is the hungry, hungry hippo game! My son loves the raging raccoon. The food is kid friendly. My son would have preferred they offered juice boxes or some form of real juice. All they offer is fountain drinks. The pizza was tasty and fed four of us easily. Service was generally friendly and staff were knowledgeable. Now the downsides: Keeping a 15 month old entertained in this place without disrupting others experiences is tough. Aside from sitting in a stroller there is not much for them to do. Also, the bowling lanes were pretty strange. 10 pin bowling with a 5 pin ball and a step between where you stand and the lane. Don't come here expecting to practice your skills! It's definitely fun! Just wish they would have options for toddlers.

At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!
