As you can see. Days of zero accountability. Would you like this to be you with your vehicle?

Nightmare experience. Gave Joel a list of what I'd like done he said bring it by Monday. 10 days there, frequently calling and not a single person there knowing what is being done on my vehicle. Nightly get some short message at night saying sorry i was so busy today. After 9 days of bs, i say im picking up my car tomorrrow with or without tires. So on day 10, I pick up my car and only 2 hrs max worth of work has been done. 1 of those hours being installation of new 35inch tires. I arrive to see my left front new tire all scuffed up. Whatever....I pay 1500$ and drive away. Scraping metal sound on front left tire area. I have Joel go for a test drive and he says that noise may have been there. It was nighttime and couldn't see much so I drove home. Inspected it better once home and saw the damage. Left caliper bent downward and in as well as my rim gouged all the way around from it. Called Joel the next day and he blames my mechanic for installing brand new disc brakes improperly that have been working perfect for 3-4 weeks. 0% chance my mechanic installed it like that and 0% I wouldn't have heard it. After him telling me multiple other reasons why its not his fault because "they didn't work on the brakes", he told me i could bring it back and he will look at it. He already denied responsibility, yet it doesnt take sherlock holmes to know what happened. I don't want to assume but he should know the brakes and tires are in the same area. So now I have to tow my vehicle to my mechanic although I drove it to kao just fine. I don't trust him and will never let him touch any of my vehicles again. I suggest you do the same. I asked to see the shop camera and I'll walk away if nothing abnormal. No response. As with other reviews, I asked myself as I pulled up why am I here. It's amazing as a mechanic he couldn't own up to the only way to bend that in that direction is with force from above it. So I guess I'm out about 700$ for new brakes that were brand new a month ago. Disappointed and angry. Stay away. Wish I could give zero stars and never have went there. I trust sushi from a gas station before this place. All the 4x4 and jeep groups, such as Silver State Jeepers Anonymous Battle Born Jeeps, my friends and I are associated with will know and be warned about this place and their shady practices. Not a great business model screwing customers over obvious mistakes done in their shop. Their lack of accountability will cost them more than it's costing me.

We bought an older car for my partner's grandson. It was to be his first car, at age 28. We are out…read moreof state from him so finding and buying the car was less than ideal. We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. They never got back to me they just ghosted me. 2015 Audi A6

XPEL Las Vegas - New film in place

XPEL Las Vegas

XPEL Las Vegas did an extraordinary job on my car! I had previous experience with another paint…read moreprotection film (PPF) installer in Las Vegas and it was not a pleasant one. My experience with XPEL was the complete opposite. The work and overall experience was simply stellar!! After the experience I had with my 2022 Corvette, I was a bit gun shy about doing a PPF install on another new car. I made a bunch of phone calls and visited a few shops to help make a decision about where to get the work done, but I can say that my first call to XPEL put me at ease right away. Jayme, the shop manager, was able to give me the information I needed right up front, and was also able to give me a ballpark price based on the services I wanted and my vehicle, and it turned out that this was very close to the final price I paid. He made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel the need to actually visit the shop before bringing my car in for the work. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment many times due to circumstances out of my control, and Jayme was always happy that I let him know, and he was always perfectly fine with rescheduling. When I brought the car in, Jayme went over all the details, including several optional details. I ended up having all the painted parts of the car protected with the XPEL film, plus, on top of the film, a ceramic coating was applied. They have every tint option available for windows, including tints darker than strictly legal. They will install whatever you want them to. I went a couple of shades darker than strictly allowed, which looks fantastic, coupled with my black painted car. They can also install a protection film on the outside of the windshield for protection from chips and stones in addition to the tint on the inside. Further, they ceramic coated the gloss black wheels. Before leaving the car with them, we got a tour of the work area, which was filled with high end vehicles, various Mercedes models, and a number of Porsche 911s, the high end GT3 versions. I could see the attention to detail being paid, with the door handles removed so that the film would cover every inch of the paint, rather than just butting up against the handles. That allowed me to relax even more, feeling assured that I'd picked the right shop to do the work on my new Corvette. In addition to the great work they did, my interactions with every person at the shop were always very pleasant and professional. They were always wonderful. In conclusion, I can say I'm thrilled with the work, and when I have another car in need of PPF and/or window tint installation, I will definitely be bringing it to XPEL. I'm extremely happy that I've found a shop that I'll be able to depend upon for future work. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I find myself in the unusual position of doing two five star reviews in the same week. My criteria…read morefor 5 stars is they did great and nothing else they could do to improve on. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.
