Actually 10 stars Hugo goes above and beyond all expectations . He communicated to car rental co and insurance co to facilitate and extend car rental for me. He painted two additional small scrapes for me as a gentleman because he knows I take pride in maintaining my Porsche. My car was washed and polished before he would let me take it home. The office staff and repair crew take pride in their work as exhibited by their professionalism on their workplace. They said thank you to me for selecting them to do the work on my care. read more

Robert is amazing and knows his stuff. I'm glad the Porsche dealership recommended this team. Their estimate was about the same as a couple other body shops, but their quality of work is the only place that is trusted by the higher-end marques of vehicles. If you want quality this is the place to come! Thanks you all very much. Wonderful team read more

We have a EV truck and there are only a couple of repair shops for these vehicles because they are complex and time consuming in repair. Our insurance company referred us to Exoticar Paintworks and we were well taken care of. The repair was done and with inspection there was one minor issue which they immediately contacted the insurance company to fix, no problem. The only feedback I have is communication lag. We often had to call a few times to request an update and that was a little annoying but the work quality is great. read more

Exoticar Paintworks is one of the Tesla-Approved Collision Centers. They are external partners that undergo rigorous training and are held to a high standard of excellence. Vegas, as of June/July 2022, currently has three (3) other additional companies who are authorized or trained to work on Tesla. Tesla and the other trained facilities had waiting periods of 1-3 months of having my car seen. Exoticar Paintworks was the soonest appointment I could make to get my vehicle seen and serviced. To note... I was not at fault for the accident. The other party's insurance was willing to pay 100% of the damages since my car was parked when they hit it. + LOCATION/PARKING: Exoticar PaintWorks is a hidden gem off in the Highland Industrial Center. A multi-tenant industrial park located just north of Spring Mountain Road on the southeast side of Highland Drive with proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. + SERVICE [Rating 5/5]: All the staff was extremely kind and detailed oriented. Jonathan Provost went above and beyond informing me throughout the process, including advocating with the other insurance party to cover more for all the additional damages that visible. + OVERALL [Rating 5/5]: As you can see in the photo... It look like it was brand new. They also guaranteed the services of their work. I am beyond happy with their work and professionalism. read more

TESLA owners beware!! This shop is now on the recommendations for body work when you use the Tesla app to submit a request for collision repair. I brought my Model 3 here for a simple replacement of my driver's side mirror. My estimator, Robert, was basically salivating as he wrote up an estimate for this seemingly simple job. I've had bigger parts replaced on the car before, they are very modular and basically plug and play. He goes on to explain that they can only order the part unpainted, so it would need 1.9 hours of paint shop labor, then 1 hour of body labor, 1.4 hours of mechanical labor, and 1.9 "hours of paint supplies". The dude has the most unsettling smile on his face while tabulating this total. Parts would be 558, then 531 for labor - FOR A MIRROR!!?!? I took the estimate and drove directly to Tesla Service on Sahara, since no one answers the phone or responds on the app, I figured I would just walk in. Tesla was happy to help me. They ordered the part pre-painted, and after parts, labor, and taxes it's gonna cost me about $650 all in. Tesla Service is charging me over $400 LESS than this 'certified' body shop. Tesla owners STAY AWAY. Also, they only take cash or money order or insurance check. No credit cards. So who knows how much shady stuff they're doing through this shop. Just no. Nope. read more

In the span of 6 months I had the misfortune of being involved in 2 car accidents (neither were my fault). Both times, Hugo and his team at Exoticar Paintworks Inc. took those bad situations and made everything as it should be and put my "baby" back together again. I drive an older model Land Rover LR4 which isn't made anymore, and so finding replacement parts as well as skilled technicians to work on my car is no easy task. For these reasons, I was forewarned of the possibility that my car would be deemed a total loss by the insurance company for this latest collision damage. Hugo assured me he'd do everything he could to keep that from happening. A lot of businesses claim to treat their customers like family, but Hugo actually delivered on that sentiment. He understood how special this car is to me and my family, and how devastated I would have been to have it totaled. He went above and beyond to take care of me, and I cannot thank him enough. Not only is Hugo competent and communicative, which is everything you could hope for in a service advisor, but he is also exceptionally kind, which has become a rare quality indeed. I highly recommend Exoticar Paintworks, and I will be a customer for life. Thank you again, for everything. read more

Couldn't have been treated worse!! Spoke with David who didn't care to give me an estimate with his snobby attitude! I would never consider going back! I don't care if they fix high end cars, there is no reason to talk to a potential return customer that way. I'm taking my open checkbook elsewhere, David is an arrogant jerk. I should have listened to the other reviews! Cash or cashiers check only? No credit or debit cards? What a red flag! I've had a BMW and a Porsche repaired by EPI. The Porsche repair, in particular, was a significant amount of work. The car was rear-ended by a jacked-up truck that did something like $11,000 in damage. In both cases, EPI did beautiful work. It was absolutely impossible to tell where the repairs were performed, and the paint was flawless. Having said nice things, here's the rub. They do take their time in performing repairs, and they're expensive. Worth it, I'd say -- but there's no doubt that they realize they're the best in town, and they're not afraid to charge accordingly. It's inexcusable, however, that they don't accept credit cards. They can charge a transaction fee if they're actually worried the 2-3% (but they shouldn't be given their prices). The other thing is that the two people they have answering the phones are terrible. Seriously -- they must have recruited from DMV rejects to find them. read more

My car looks like new again! Araceli advocated for me with the insurance company and sent them their requested information promptly. From my first contact to my last with Araceli, my estimator, the service was beyond 5 star. She made me feel at ease that I had taken my car to the right repair shop. She told me to just let her do her job in dealing with the insurance company. My only complaint through the whole ordeal was dealing with my insurance company. Despite them being non responsive and a slow pay, Araceli was reassuring that my car would be repaired with all "new" parts and that it would look great. My car was delivered to me in excellent condition and immaculate. My only regret is that I'm retired because if I was still working I'd be trying to steal Araceli from Exoticar. read more

This is my second time working with Exoticar (last time was three years ago) and have had a positive experience each time. Araceli was super helpful and communicated with me on how everything was progressing. My Mercedes-Benz needed to get its rear-end fixed and being that there is a delay with parts due to worldwide supply chain issues happening, I was unsure about getting it repaired at this time. However, Exoticar took care of all my concerns and questions, so I felt my car was in good hands. I got my car back a bit under 2 months and was very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Araceli and team! read more

I trust no one else with my cars. An a-hole rear ended me one morning about three weeks ago at 7am. I'm not happy. 14K miles on my car and spotless, well not anymore!!! Minor damage, I'm talking a few scratches to the naked eye. But hello, it's not a cheap car and the damage he caused added up to over $1200! Well to make a long story short I have to get several estimates as normal but of course I know I'm only letting it get fixed here at ExotiCars. The other places I went were a total joke. Victor took care of me. He is a very nice guy. Excellent professional service. I had a check already from the a-hole guys insurance. Insurance adjuster agent forgot an OEM factory upgrade part off the estimate...but Victor worked with the claims adjuster and the adjuster sent him the $$$ difference directly! Hassle free! The two ladies at the front desk are super sweet. When I call to ask Victor a question I was promptly transferred back to his desk office phone. Very nice service also when closing out the "transaction" today. My car looks brand new just like it was before. When I picked up my car today it was spotless clean inside and out. No issues. Don't settle for some pain in the ass run around...when taking your car for unfortunate repairs. Lord knows it's enough stress to deal with in the first place!!!!! read more

Jonathon Provost was my estimator. I told him that there had been some kind of consternation with my first State Farm Adjuster in that they did not recommend Exoticar. Jonathon explained to me that they used to have an employee at Exoticar who started working with State Farm. He said that was why State Farm was not recommending them. Jonathon took ill. I repeatedly tried calling him to get an update. I waited months for a call. Finally he called me. I told him that I could barely hear him. He responded that he was at a strip club. I said to myself, "To each their own". I didn't care. I just wanted an update on my car. Jonathon told me that the panels were ordered in the wrong color. He said that my car would look like a "clown car" if he put those panels on. He told me that he was sending them back to order the correct ones. I never heard back from him. I waited and just assumed he ordered the correct ones. He NEVER informed me that he hadn't sent them back and that he was just going to paint them. Eventually, when I got my car back after 3 months, I noticed that the bumper wasn't corrected. I brought that up which, in turn, led Jonathon to say that he would just paint it like he did all the other panels. This was the first I heard of this endeavor. He said my insurance company had told him to paint them. And of course, I fact checked this. Diana Dillion, my State Farm Adjuster, said she had not said this. She said it actually cost the insurance company more to paint the new panels. Jonathon should have informed me about the "paint issue". I told him in the beginning, I wanted new panels and I didn't want anything "painted over". Since the panels were plastic, I had heard that the paint would not seal properly on a smart car. To this day I don't even know if the panels were new or not. Jonathon would intermittently call me and ask me where the checks were. I repeatedly told him that State Farm was paying them directly. But he just kept asking the same thing over and over again. When I got the Smart Car back 3 months later, I noticed the hood was on incorrectly. Jonathon said he had tried 5 times to get it back on. My friend showed him how to do it. The problem doesn't lie within the fact that he didn't know how to do it, but in the question of why it was even like that in the first place when he brought it out to me to pick it up. Why didn't he ask the body shop guys how to do it if he knew he couldn't do it properly? He didn't even mention it was placed on incorrectly. I did. Was he planning on just leaving it like that if I didn't mention it? That also worries me because maybe the body shop guys didn't even know how to do it. That may explain all the putty they used on my car. I think the panels were not placed back like "legos" as they should have been, but placed back more with putty, "might", and abrasive tools. There are so many scratches on the car that weren't there before in places on the pocket panels where it appears that "might" and a tool was used on it, like it had been pried to either get it off or on. And in those areas, the door panels are placed differently in that the pocket panels aren't flushed the same on the two different sides of the vehicle. The left door pocket panel darts out with multiple scratches on it, while the right pocket door panel is more flushed. Both pocket panels have so many scratches on it that weren't there before the accident. Moreover, the right door bottom section appears to have been pried (the plastic is corrugated and not smooth as it should be), and it has a gap separating it from the pocket panel and door. This part is also quite loose. Also, the new paint is peeling in one area already. When I got my car back, the running lights weren't working. Yet, they were working when I brought in the car. Jonathon swore that it was perfect though. However, he hadn't replaced the passion sticker that had fallen off in the accident. The antennae assembly was still broken. The bumper panel had not been replaced as well. He had merely sanded it down and left it just like that. Most repairs done on my car just made matters worse. Honesty and being upfront would have been much appreciated. Jonathon is a very deceptive and grossly unprofessional man. Jonathon called my friend (instead of me, the owner of the vehicle) and told him that I had complained about him to Kenny, a supervisor. Mike (my friend) told me that he went on and on about how I was way too upset about the "paint issue". He said it made him look bad. Jonathon should not be speaking poorly of me to anyone in my circle. Who does that in business? The owner, Michael Iannuccilli, told me that he was 200% behind Jonathon. He told me to respect the fact that he was on vacation and not to contact him. He blew me off and the warranty is apparently no good. Fletcher Jones said Jonathon had ordered the panels in the wrong color. That makes Exoticar unscrupulous, and Jonathon a liar. read more

Just picked up my RX. These guys repaired a spot on the door where someone damaged it. The paint work work and body work looked great! I would have gave then 5 stars but there was no effort on there part to communicate when my car would be finished. I had to call a few times during the 2 weeks it was in the shop bc of no communication on timelines. I found out through my insurance that there was additional work that needed to be done. I guess they don't consider every day that you dont have your vehicle it cost time money for a rental. I believe my car was actually ready last Friday but alas no call. I just called this morning to check on it and at first they told me the adjuster and manager was not in the building. Then adjust calls back in 2 minutes and says it's ready. Don't know if I would ever seek repairs for another vehicle here unless they can be more on the ball with communication and save customers cash with not having to have rental vehicles for extended time. read more

I picked up my car this afternoon after some bodywork got done on it and just wow! It looks like I just got my car out of the dealer! The work is immaculate!!! If it hadn't been for the fact that I took the car to shop myself, I would have never known there was anything wrong with it. When I dropped off my car there was glitter all over the passenger side and when I picked up there was not a single trace of it anywhere. My car was completely detailed on the outside and all carpets shampooed on the inside. It looks fantastic! Disclaimer: My experience with Exoticar occured about 5 years ago, maybe their service is better now. Ugh, yet another bad auto services experience. I got into a little fender bender and decided to use one of the repair shops on my insurance company's preferred list. The estimate was about $3,500 and was to take about a week to complete. I waited a while for a convient week to not have a car and then, ha ha, fortunately for me I broke my back and had plenty of time to not drive my car. My dad dropped the car off while I was in the hospital. 5 weeks later I still didn't have my car. When they finally called to tell me it was finished I arrived and noticed that my '96 Jetta was obvioulsy the biggest piece of crap in the lot compared to all the other Beamers, Benzos and Exoctic cars. Okay that explains the 5 week turnaround time. I showed up to get my car and pay my $500 deductible. What?, you don't take credit cards or checks? WTF???? Is this 18th century Russia? Thanks for telling me this on the phone you inconsiderate basterds! Good thing for me ATMs are plentiful on Highland (they're not!). I round up the money, glance at my car. Looks okay so I left. I can hardly drive it because of the back injury so I don't pay much attention to the car for several more weeks. Wow, the paintjob is absolutley stunning, these guys did a truly perfect job, that's why I give the two stars.....but, they didn't align one of the fenders correctly, what an ameture thing to do, they stuck left over parts in the trunk, they broke one of the front reflectors when they installed the new unit, they had one of the door panels off for some unknown reason and left one of the parts for that in the back seat. Ugh, whatever, at least I got the car back and the paint looks good. If you have a Lambo, yeah take your car here, but if you're one of the pleebs like me, find somewhere else. read more
