He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. What's even more frustrating is that they keep accepting claims from American Water Resources, yet they do not follow through. If you try to reach them yourself, you'll only get looped back into the same voicemail dead end. I honestly don't understand why they list themselves as a service provider for American Water Resources when they can't even provide basic communication, let alone actual service.
