We hired this company to clean our carpets and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing…read moreexperience. The carpets were not cleaned properly, and the odor we specifically asked them to address remained, even after they charged us extra for a deodorizer. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. We cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest others look elsewhere for carpet cleaning services. We will be reporting to the BBB

Friendly, thorough, and really good service value. They took off all the vent covers and cleaned with brushes, not just blowing air through. Ron was also really quick to respond when I first called to set up the appointment, checked in the morning of my appointment, and showed up on time.

My house is only 12 years old, but it had so much dust build-up every week, I was tired of dusting! Ron showed me the build-up left in the ducts from building 12 years ago! What was most shocking was when he took me outside and cleaned my dryer vent from the outside- so much debris! That is a fire hazard! They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend anyone questioning to put this on your priority list! The only thing I wish was done was a picture to show you all the junk that was cleaned out!

I did go over some of the stains with my own spot cleaner and I was able to remove the stains with a little elbow grease. The carpet was super wet when they left, to the point that it squished when walked on. I used a Bissell Green Machine last night and now our carpet looks great, high-traffic areas and all. And it was left barely damp, not soaked. They offered to come back out and re-do stuff, but no thanks. Never again. I'd prefer a refund, but they said they could not do that. So a negative review is the next best way for some accountability. Sorry guys. I hope you can fix your process. BTW, I have pictures, if anyone is interested.

So.... Long story short... My dad is mentally ill. He lives in deplorable conditions in a home that…read moreis smaller than any tiny home I have ever seen in my life. I don't live in the same state, no where near at all, but I have always wanted to send a cleaner out. I've always been worried about my dad not letting them clean or him harassing whoever goes out there. Well my dad ended up getting really sick with pnuemonia, bladder infection, and a few other things, likely because of how he lives. With him being hospitalized it presented an opportunity to get his place cleaned up. I knew I couldn't look for any cleaning service. I would need a place that could deep clean and remove years of filth and residue from cigarette smoke and animal urine inside. Initially I called ServePro since that was the first thing that popped up on google. Fortunately for me they were booked out for a couple weeks and gave me their competitors number. I called Midwest Restoration and they were able to take on the job!!!! I had my mom (divorced from my dad), go and take pictures and I'm amazed! I know it will take another day to get the place situated, but wow is there a crazy difference in the places they have cleaned. I'm adding a few photos of the ceiling. The white part is what has been cleaned and the brown is what the whole ceiling had looked like. I can't wait to see the place when it's finished! Thank you so so so much!
