And it was left barely damp, not soaked. They offered to come back out and re-do stuff, but no thanks. Never again. I'd prefer a refund, but they said they could not do that. If you read my first review, they dropped the ball. There were a few things incomplete and or I believe left out or should have been handled differently in my opinion. They seemed to truly listen to my concerns. And I will add. I did and do trust these people, this company. And still do. They were polite and courteous. I had no problems leaving my home with them working in it. Would I call them again now? After all this? You can bet on it. Let's hope I do not need their services. But if I do, I hesitate to call them. I would recommend these guys.
