Seriously a fantastic guy and service! Jay came to look at our washing machine. We roughly told him what was wrong which was that the tub seemed to be off-balanced and it would leak water. I had him come to look at my washing machine that would collect water intermittently without being on as well as to check out the dryer and make sure it would ok since I got both of these units used with the house. He was prompt and came the same morning I called. Mr Kang is polite, professional and fair. He checked out my appliances, even balanced them for me at no charge. Like when you take your car to a mechanic, the washer would not do that again so he asked I call him back when it happens and he will be right over.
