We agreed on this scope of work with a handshake, but unfortunately, the company did not fulfill their promises. Instead of installing a new system as we agreed, they just made repairs to my old system. Despite me clearly stating that I wanted a new system because I had recently filled my yard and needed reliable irrigation, they went ahead and "fixed" the old system. This led to numerous issues. I've had to contact them almost 30 times for various problems that kept arising. Each time, they came to fix one problem, another would crop up the next day. The most recent incident was last week when they supposedly fixed another issue, only for the same problem to reoccur next day. When I called them today, they refused to come back to fix it.
