Let it rain I had a…read morevery disappointing experience with let it rain and Travis . I hired them to install a new sprinkler system with 5 new zones and 25 sprinkler heads. We agreed on this scope of work with a handshake, but unfortunately, the company did not fulfill their promises. Instead of installing a new system as we agreed, they just made repairs to my old system. Despite me clearly stating that I wanted a new system because I had recently filled my yard and needed reliable irrigation, they went ahead and "fixed" the old system. This led to numerous issues. I've had to contact them almost 30 times for various problems that kept arising. Each time, they came to fix one problem, another would crop up the next day. The most recent incident was last week when they supposedly fixed another issue, only for the same problem to reoccur next day. When I called them today, they refused to come back to fix it. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver on their promises have been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend let it rain based on my experience. However, once in a while ---you are lucky enough to come across a person who takes pride in his work and knows his business. I used to deal with another major sprinkler business in the Albany, NY area. However, I was still having issues which the other company did not fix. I called H2 Mow Lawn and Sprinkler. Bruce, the owner, came out on a Sunday morning personally to fix my problems and make repairs. He went above and beyond. Thank you Bruce !!!
