I lead a small organization at a local law school and needed to buy shirts for our annual softball tournament. I got in touch with Jessica Shive at Kampus Klothes. Jess was great--she sent a bunch of different options and mark ups before I decided on the one I wanted. Through my own fault, I placed the order late, and the shirts were delivered the day before the game. They were handed to the mail room on campus, who promptly moved them to the other side of campus. I tried for over an hour to find them but, but wasn't able to get in touch with most people (it was 5 o'clock on Friday at that point) and the people that I did speak with had no idea where the package had gone. I thought that there was no chance of getting them before the game the following day. But somehow, Jessica was able to get in touch with someone on campus, and told me exactly where to go to pick up the shirts before the game. Thanks to her, I got them in time. A lot of companies would have washed their hands of the situation after completing the delivery. Not Jessica! She went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely recommend her and the company to anyone in need of custom apparel! read more

On August 29 I went to Flynn and O'Hara to buy the youngest 3 school uniforms. When I inquired about the gym uniforms, another mom told me that I had to order them through Kampus Klothes. Immediately upon going home, I googled their site and clicked on a couple links until I found holy family. I proceeded to place my order for 3 summer and winter gym uniforms and paid for delivery to my home. Fast forward to early last week... I email Kampus Klothes requesting shipping information as I had received none and hadn't received the uniforms. I was emailed back that the order was being processed and would be shipped upon it's completion. day 15. No shipping notification. No uniforms. Today I had to send my kindergartener to school in his regular uniform instead of his gym uniform (read catastrophic to a five year old). I emailed them again asking for shipping information. I was sent a reply of "I anticipate completion early next week and it will ship to the school." So I call and push the extension the email provided. My concerns were met with "I need to take it up with the school." Um why? I placed an order with you. I did not place an order through the school. Then I was told they had to wait until they had a total of 12 orders to be printed before printing.... ummm no where was this specified. I respond with "so shit on my paltry little order. Only big orders matter to your company? I took the time to support your business but my order (and children) doesn't matter to you" I pride myself on helping small business but this is why people stop doing so. So she transfers me to someone else. This person proceeds to tell me that I had to have placed the order with the school as there was "no way" to place a single order on their website. So I walk her through step by step what I did and what the page said when I did so. That's impossible..... and yet, I did it. So I guess it's possible. Well that's only be active as of today::.. and yet I placed an order through your website on August 29th. So she asks to call me back. She just called. My order has been pulled from the school order and will be ready by 4pm. I can pick it up before 5pm. You read that right. I get to drive to Ivyland and pick up the order. And then she says "my extension is xyz please use that in the future.... the other girl is in the break room crying" A.) I didn't say anything that would make anyone cry B.) since when is sticking up for ones rights, bullying? C.) if you can't handle an irate customer, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! D.) like for real dude... they're t shirts. No one should cry over tshirts, ever. Edited to add: let's not ignore the fact that it's day 15 and the order still hasn't been printed! Day 15 of keeping my money but the order hasn't even been printed, let alone packaged and shipped! I picked up my order Friday morning. It wasn't even handed to me. The woman sort of pointed to a bag on the couch and walked away. No apology for my time or inconvenience. No apology for making my 5 year old embarrassed and cry and certainly no monetary compensation. read more

Worst company to deal with. To start, when you walk in, the ladies at the front desk ate very rude. For 2 years they were so nasty. The staff there always got our orders wrong, with no acknowledgement that they messed up. The girl we used was so disorganized that i had to go to management many times. Last straw was when we had to pick up uniforms and the girl was so nasty and yelled at us. Told owner, who we had used for years, would not be back. After we left, we heard many comments that people stopped using them. Company we use now is wonderful. read more

I placed an order on November 22nd, with a stated store closing date of Nov. 22nd, and an advisment that all items would ship within 3 weeks of store closing date. I never received anything further. I followed up on Dec. 23rd, and they responded to me after they returned from being out of the office for Christmas, advising that they hoped to get the rest of the orders out that same week. I followed up a little over a week later, and they completely stopped responding. I sent three emails to ask about status, the last of which where I advised I would be reporting them to my credit card company for fraud, and still no answer, no sign of my order even now. read more

We ordered tee shirts and sweatshirts for the staff at the shop . Not only were they of good quality they have an extremely fast turnaround time . Placed an order for a couple of shirts on July 3rd. Paid $10 to ship to the house. Without my authorization, they gave them to a lady that is unknown to me, who is apparently involved in the same softball organization, but a different team on July 14th. She emailed that day giving us exactly 41 minutes notice that she would be at the field on that day, which we couldn't make. The email also stated that she would be available all day on Monday. My wife texted her when and where would be a good time on that Monday. No response to the text. When Monday came we called her. She said she was busy and would call back. No call back. About a week later, she texted and said she would drop off the shirts at the house. No shirts dropped off. It is now August 5th and no shirts. I have also tried to call the company twice, during their listed business hours (9a-5p). One time, I got an operator that told me the individual that could help me left early for the day. Today, no one answered at all. Unprofessional and not worth the hassle. Obviously won't be ordering anything from them ever again. read more

Gave it one star because I had to. We ordered a youth medium for my small 11 year old, they send us a sweatshirt marked youth medium, that was so small it did not fit our neighbor who was a small for his age third grader. Thin, flimsy material. Asked for a refund or exchange, was told no. I now own 24.95 cleaning rag. Extremely dissatisfied. Will say that email response was prompt and polite, but bottom line is I spent money on something I can't use. It certainly gives me no desire to ever order anything through this company again. read more
