I had only ordered from Shibe through mail order until my last visit to Philadelphia. Then, as I'm killing time and walking around before a concert, I walked past their physical shop. I had to duck in. Lots of Eagles Super Bowl swag, stickers, shirts and hats. I purchased Phils and Birds stickers and a really cool Phillies knit cap. Prices are way more competitive than I would've expected from a place located in the heart of the city. One interesting thing, while I was perusing the shop a person walked in and asked the employees "Do you sell anything aside from Philly teams?" The answer "Absolutely not". A minor complaint was uttered as he walked back out. I'm so here for that.

All began to peel off after a month, returned to the store with my receipt as its a 120 day return policy. Forget that, Its only if it still has tags and has NEVER been worn OR WASHED! I have labels peeling off, stitching coming undone all over the hoodie. Service was terrible, cashier had grin on her face whilst telling me its a manufacture issue so Rally House isn't responsible. Useless service, Return policy is bogus and the store is a absolute mess. Will never, ever shop in a Rally House again, Go to Dicks. Never once apologizing about the situation just continuously giving me attitude. The customer service would be a zero if I could give it that. Zero understanding of my situation. Zero respect for me just clearly wanted to leave and as soon as we were done he walked to the back room complaining about his day. Why he kept blaming me and acting like I was the nuisance, is beyond me. I get it, the day was very busy and long. Clearly he had it, also not my fault and no reason to treat me that way. Never apologizing about the situation the online system created. Never expressing any understanding for my poor experience. Never warning me that I'd have to pay twice and wait over a week for my money to be returned. Just blaming me and behaving very poorly. Interest was charged from my day of purchase, no bill for the first month was ever received (according to those taking in my mail),and I was also billed twice for late payments on the only bill I received. Is Dick's so hard up for money they need to present customers with such cheezy offers? Suppose so, but they lost me as a customer with this cheezy offer of "future savings" with the Synchrony card. They sold guns and had a hunting lodge. There were compound, recurve and crossbows. The hunting lodge has now been filled with fishing equipment, kayaks, and safes. It has lost its glory. However, you can still buy a hunting or fishing license here. There is a fair selection of fishing stuff. Most kayaks are pelican brand. There is a golf section which I've never seen anyone in. There are bikes in the back, and exercise equipment which kids play on. There has been an increase in sporting apparel offerings, as well as shoes. Prices are retail. You might not get a bargain on anything unless you have a coupon in the mail, for which you need to hand over some personal information.
