I had only ordered from Shibe through mail order until my last visit to Philadelphia. Then, as I'm killing time and walking around before a concert, I walked past their physical shop. I had to duck in. Lots of Eagles Super Bowl swag, stickers, shirts and hats. I purchased Phils and Birds stickers and a really cool Phillies knit cap. Prices are way more competitive than I would've expected from a place located in the heart of the city. One interesting thing, while I was perusing the shop a person walked in and asked the employees "Do you sell anything aside from Philly teams?" The answer "Absolutely not". A minor complaint was uttered as he walked back out. I'm so here for that.

Amanda was working at. Rally House today and was happy to assist me. I was in the dressing room and realized that the jersey I had was too small. Dick's Sporting Goods is a reliable one-stop shop for all things sports and outdoors! The store…read moreoffers a wide range of products, from athletic apparel and footwear to equipment for nearly every sport. The layout is spacious and organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, often ready to help with recommendations or finding the right size. One area for improvement is pricing--while the quality of the products is excellent, some items can feel a bit overpriced compared to other retailers. Additionally, during busy times, checkout lines can get long, and finding assistance on the floor can occasionally be challenging. That said, the store's variety, clean environment, and commitment to quality make it a great choice for sports enthusiasts. Overall, Dick's Sporting Goods is a dependable place to gear up, and I'll definitely be back! One additional thing that just came to me, but would be a corporate decision, is that their reward points shouldn't expire. If you do not spend $300/year then you aren't ever rewarded. I don't ever spend $300 a year here maybe that will change once my kids are in more team sports.

The employee helping me at the registern couldn't seem to care less and kept giving me attitude. Essentially putting the onus of blame on me, not the company. I then told him that I needed those pairs as soon as possible because the storm was coming tomorrow. He begrudgingly helped me find several other pairs to replace those and I thought everything would be kosher, I would pay the difference on what they were. He never mentioned that due to their policy he could not cancel the original order and I'd have to pay full price for the new pairs and then blindsided me with another $300 bill. I was visually upset by this to which he gave me more attitude and I said this is not my fault and then he said well. "It's not my our fault either, "you can just not show up next and it will be refunded." We can avoid picking those up and you won't be charged. Again placing the problem on me. Never once apologizing about the situation just continuously giving me attitude. The customer service would be a zero if I could give it that. Zero understanding of my situation. Zero respect for me just clearly wanted to leave and as soon as we were done he walked to the back room complaining about his day. Why he kept blaming me and acting like I was the nuisance, is beyond me. I get it, the day was very busy and long. Clearly he had it, also not my fault and no reason to treat me that way. Never apologizing about the situation the online system created. Never expressing any understanding for my poor experience. Never warning me that I'd have to pay twice and wait over a week for my money to be returned. Just blaming me and behaving very poorly. Oh, and the dude was going to throw away my receipt and I had to ask for it. What a PR*** I will go to KoP and avoid this location moving forward. However, you can still buy a hunting or fishing license here. There is a fair selection of fishing stuff. Most kayaks are pelican brand. There is a golf section which I've never seen anyone in. There are bikes in the back, and exercise equipment which kids play on. There has been an increase in sporting apparel offerings, as well as shoes. Prices are retail. Interest was charged from my day of purchase, no bill for the first month was ever received (according to those taking in my mail),and I was also billed twice for late payments on the only bill I received. Is Dick's so hard up for money they need to present customers with such cheezy offers? Suppose so, but they lost me as a customer with this cheezy offer of "future savings" with the Synchrony card.
