Chicken salad on croissant
Michael T.

Late lunch in Ouray and we were really happy to have found this spot. Super hospitable staff ! Food here was really good. Great chicken salad on a croissant and caprese salad - fresh and light was just what we wanted to refuel. Nice clean tables to have lunch at in the back where it was nice and cool.

Stuffed French toast

Hungry for some French toast! Spotted pictures of the french toast and I had to come here when we stopped in town. Loved the spot, the restaurant, the people, and the French toast!!! Their dirty chai latte was on point as well. We both ordered the toast, maybe a little too hungry with our eyes. 3 fat slices stuffed with ricotta for each was a bit overboard lol. We could've shared one order and tried something else. Who said sharing is caring?? hahahha, we both finished it....well, I had like 2 bites left. It was absolutely mouthwatering until the last few bites. The crusted area was a bit hard and chewy. The berry compote was a really good pairing for the fluffy bread and creamy ricotta. Would love to come back and try more items!

We stopped in for lunch while visiting Ouray, overall great sandwich. I will say it feels overpriced but expected in little towns like Ouray, and the portions are good. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you.

Breakfast Menu

Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my veggie sandwich and had fun with it because they have about 20 different hot sauces to play with. The staff were very friendly. The space is cozy and classy, the ladies room had extra amenities (these ladies are looking out for ya) . The drinks (with and without alcohol) were amazing!

Breakfast Sami

Food was delicious, staff super friendly, service was fast Quiet calm restaurant, definitely worth the visit

Place was on mainstream with a line waiting to go in. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Prices might look a bit high but the portions are HUGE. saw the sausage and egg croissant next to us. Candyce and I had the French toast and it was so good. Brioche bread with cream cheese filling. Oh wow. Sister had the breakfast burrito. Super good and from what she said really good. Don't pass this place up

If you're ever visiting downtown Ouray, CO, try this bright, hospitable place for coffee or food or both! Lots of indoor seating, good lighting, friendly staff, delicious food! We ordered the Breakfast Sami which my husband declared "one of the tastiest sandwiches" he'd ever had, and an Everything bagel with whipped cream cheese. My bagel was toasted to a golden brown, which I love!

Avocado Toast

Cute little place for a quick bite. Breakfast and lunch served all day. Had the avocado toast and it was delicious. Friend had the chicken salad croissant

The crepes were amazing! The cream cheese filling was perfectly sweet with a berry compote. The traditional breakfast was average.

Wish I could rate this higher. So clean and so tasty. You have to get the Italien Ciabatta sandwich! Everything was so fresh and delicious.

The frittata was diabolical. Don't order. The place itself was very cute and quaint with wonderful views and very nice staff.

Food is challenging in a smaller town but Maggie's made it happen. This was a fun spot to run upon. The signatured walls + great menu offered great options for everyone. The tables ranged from large to small so we were all able to hang and eat. The location is central Ouray and plenty of street parking nearby. Touristy vibe but that isn't a bad thing. Food was solid. You get exactly what you expect. The prices were fair. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a grea time. If you are in Ouray, make it a point to stop-by - this is obviously a staple of their lovely little town and deserves to be supported!

The fries are hand hand cut and Fresh. They regularly win awards for their amazing onion rings. Service is always fast and friendly, even when the line is out the door and down the street. It's worth the wait. Grab a marker and sign your name on a wall, the ceiling, or a door. It's a fun place to stop in with friends when headed out to the trails. One small secret: When they have donuts available grab one or a dozen! You wouldn't generally think of a burger place as having good donuts but this is that place. So good!

Quality was good -- the fries were a stand-out. I had a green chili burger that had good food flavors, but was nowhere near as spicy as the description had it. DRINK: A brew-pub is only as good as the brew. Both the saisson and the blonde we ordered were quite tasty, as were the seltzers. The selection isn't huge, but that's actually kind of nice; they covered all the beer bases without needing to offer a dozen different IPAs. SERVICE: Very friendly waitstaff, and fairly attentive. We were there at an early hour (they open earlier than other dinner restaurants), but food delivery was pretty quick. AMBIANCE: Brew-pub in an old building on Ouray's main drag -- ticked the boxes nicely. Place was clean, noise level was under control. We chose indoor seating, being concerned about heat up on the rooftop. NET-NET: A bit on the pricey side, but quite satisfying. If I were again in Ouray, I might try someplace else, but I would not need my arm twisted to return here.

She was back shortly after and we ordered burgers and a grilled cheese and chili. The burger was delicious, tender, flavorful and cooked great. The grilled cheese had a great crunch on the bread and a beautiful stretch of cheese when taking that first bite! The chili was tasty also! The fries were crispy and craveable. Cute place, good food, will definitely be back.

My buddy had a cocktail which he didn't really care for, but that was just personal taste reasons. The service was slow, even though they were running around like crazy. They seemed understaffed, but I'm not really sure it seemed like they were just inefficient. The staff was stressed and not real friendly, but not rude either. I also ordered the zucchini fried strips for an appetizer they were OK. They brought out the smallest little dip of ranch dressing to go with them. I think I've ever seen. I believe for the pizza, the water and the drink and the appetizer it all came out to about $70 with tip. Which is about average in this town, but dang that seems high to me. Now the pizza was really good and for two of us, we couldn't finish at all so that's a good thing. We did take three pieces back to our cabin to finish up the next morning for breakfast. I love cold pizza for breakfast. It's weird. I know that I love it lol . Would I go back to this place? Yeah I think so. Other times I've been in town. I've noticed this place is always packed and people are always waiting outside so I probably would not stand in line for this restaurant.
