Once inside, a nice hostess brings you to your seat and gives you a menu. After you decide what you want, you go to the window and order and pay. They give you a slip with a number and then you wait. There are drinks, but no alcohol. They have a water station and a condiment station. Once you get your food, stop by the condiments and load up on what you want, all free! I tried the black garlic shoyu ramen and it was really good. Just a right amount of noodles for me and the soup is flavorful. We got there at 1956 and they stop taking orders at 2000. We had about four minutes for all three of us to pick a meal and place our order. With that being said, I'm not sure we got a full look at the menu but we're very happy with our selection. The food was delicious, filling, and very reasonably priced. One thing they did not do is refill our water. This seems to be a common thing in Sydney so maybe people don't drink much water or maybe you have to ask. We haven't quite figured that out yet.
