During a free on-site assessment, Preston answered all our questions & discussed several options before we decided what we needed. Preston prepared our quote within 24 hours, and the pricing was very fair & reasonable. We needed the door replaced within 4 weeks in preparation for guests, but Preston was able to schedule us within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. Installation day: Preston arrived 10 mins early to set up, and work was handled by Preston, Nick O., and a 3rd worker I didn't get the name of (sorry). All 3 were very professional and friendly. They were also all very patient and nice with our dog who kept barking at them. The doorframe they were working with is nonstandard size and uneven, but they successfully fit a new door without issues and within the schedule. They were self-sufficient and didn't need to ask me many questions or need my help with anything, which made the day really easy for me. The door looks great, fits perfectly, and is super smooth. Extra extra bonus points: They actually left our carport cleaner than when they arrived.... THANK YOU! Very happy & highly recommend. Mahalo, Tatiana & Nick

Craig and his team are clearly skilled at their craft, and made sure to cover up any prior mistakes I had made. I would be hard pressed to believe you would find anyone else with more expertise on island for mirror and glass. From the initial consultation to the final wipe-down, everything was handled with care and precision. They were punctual and professional, timely when communicating. They explained the pricing and the time-frame required to make the door. Mm, such great service : ( With little success, I called Jim for his assistance once again not knowing that they also sell and install shower door fixtures. Very disappointing. I hired Glass Guru based on the ratings here on Yelp, to replace the broken…read moredouble-pane glass on my back door. The customer service was good throughout the process, and communication was clear. Since the glass had to be custom ordered from the mainland, the turnaround time of about a month was understandable. The price was also on the higher side at $1k, but I accepted that given the custom nature of the job. However, for what I paid, I expected a higher level of workmanship. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet those expectations. The quality of the work--especially the overall finish of the door--was disappointing. In my opinion, when a company completes a job like this, the area should look the same as it did before (or at least close to it), just with the repaired glass. That wasn't the case here. Maybe expectations can vary, but for me, the outcome didn't reflect the level of quality a reasonable customer would expect at this price point. Based on my experience, I can't say I'm satisfied with the final result. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did to the door.
