The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. The gates he made for us have entirely deteriorated not even 3 years after. He did half completed welds which contributed to deteriorating condition. Each picket has four sides, he only welded one side. When we contacted him for repairs as he mentioned a warranty, he insisted this wasn't true and he would charge us for any repairs. We're disappointed with this as we paid a premium for his services.

Bi did 2 projects for us at different times. 1st project was install a new front gate for our VERY…read morelong driveway which was done in September. Our second project was redo our old chainlink fence around the sides and back of our house, which was just recently completed. Bi responded quickly for a estimate, and after going through other estimates Bi was the most affordable. Our 1st project we wanted a black chainlink swing out gate. Bi said it could be done and he did. Originally he said it would take a couple of days but ended up going to 4 days, but he didnt adjust his price. He did explain it was a little difficult especially for the one side where we had 2 bi-fold swing gate. But he got it done with his partner Larry, and the best part it was black vinyl chainlink. We didn't want to be like the neighborhood that all have galvanized, we wanted a different look. After seeing the results of our front gate, we asked Bi for an estimate on our 2nd project which was redoing our existing rusted out chainlink fence around house. Again his estimate was the most affordable even with the black vinyl chainlink. It did take us over 6 months to proceed with this project but that was solely on my part putting it off. And even when I did call Bi to start project a few weeks ago, he still honored the original estimate. Again Bi & Larry did this project in a reasonable timeframe of 4 days. 1st day of removal he even worked with my neighbor on keeping old fence up on his side so his dogs couldn't escape. Midway through project we asked Bi about making the backside a wooden fence for privacy when we take our kids to play in our backyard. He had no problem doing it and the difference was still affordable, and timeframe remained the same. It did take a few days longer but that was due to the weather of heavy rains. The black vinyl chainlink fence looks GREAT, & we loved the outcome of the wooden fence. Bi even stained & painted it to the color we wanted, even painting the backside of wood so our neighbor benefits from it as well. Bi & Larry were VERY courteous & professional the whole time. They cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough in the completion of both projects. Bi even touched up some stuff from 1st project after he completed 2nd. His commitment to making the customer happy shows in his quality of work. Mahalo! To Bi and his crew for doing an AWESOME! job. Keep up the GREAT work!
