Oh man, what a (figurative and literal) ride... It's been approximately 3 months (and 7,000ish miles) since my last review. So, in terms of timeliness, there's a lot left to be desired. But as far as Kalidy KIA (KK) honoring what they had agreed to (when I first signed the contract), it has happened. It was like having my teeth pulled without local anesthesia, but credit where credit is due I guess. Hence, the review update. After exhausting every means of communication, I had ultimately given up on getting KK to fix the dents on my vehicle. But before giving up, I made sure to let everyone know that KK had done me wrong. Then at the end of August, I got inundated with phone calls from KK while I was out of town. Finally, I ended up speaking with a dude named Greg who got me the contact information for the dent repair dudes (that were different than the initial dent dudes; not sure what happened there). Mind you, this was several months after I had been ghosted and gaslighted (gaslit?) by KK's General Manager (GM). Later, one of the dent dudes told me that KK's GM was, and I quote, "... a good guy..." And maybe he is. But my experience was one where the GM (and others at KK) treated me as utterly contemptible. In fact, outside of Greg (and the service dude named Will), not a single person from KK treated me with respect or kindness. But this positive review is more for the last few weeks of above average service recovery, as opposed to the several months of atrocious service that came before that. A part of me wonders if the dent repair follow-through only happened because I submitted a complaint to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, but I'll give KK the benefit of the doubt that they decided to do the right thing, because they're supposedly "good guys." Summary: a [*] beginning + [*][*][*][*][*] ending = a [*][*][*] experience that I hope to never have again. 1. Did the dent repair guys (not you, X-Dent, you still suck) end up doing an amazing job? Yes. 2. Did KK ultimately fulfill what was agreed upon? Also yes. 3. Did KK handle all of this in a way that would make me want to become a repeat customer? Uhh... I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Kalidy Kia. The issues started when an EV9 was originally represented to me as having 15 miles. By the time I was presented the paperwork to sign, the mileage was much higher, but still shown as "new", and I was never given a clear explanation for the mileage increase. After the "new" car was delivered to my home, I discovered multiple issues, including dents, exterior scratches, wheel damage, scratches and scuffs throughout the cargo area and third-row trim, and wear marks in the driver's area - totaling ~ $6,000 according to 2 estimates I received the day after delivery. None of these damages were disclosed to me prior to me receiving the car. I also learned the vehicle had been used as a demo vehicle by the GM (who I'm assuming was aware that the car was being sold as new), which was also not disclosed to me before the sale. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication after the sale. I sent multiple emails to the salesperson (Stephen Allen), sales manager (Taurin "TK" Knight), and GM (Corey Suter) with photos, repair estimates, and Bill of Lading showing the manager's signature signing off on the known damages prior to delivery. The transport driver said that the manager, Taurin, flat out told him not to tell me about the dents and scratches in hopes that I wouldn't see them until later. I contacted Stephen about the damages, and he said that his manager, Taurin, said to provide an estimate, which I did, but after sending two, I received no response. As a customer purchasing a vehicle represented as new, I expected transparency regarding the vehicle's history and condition. Had I known the full details before purchasing, I would have made a different decision. At this point, I'm disappointed not only by the condition of the vehicle but also by how difficult it has been to get anyone at the dealership to address the situation. I have made every effort to resolve this directly and professionally, but I am still waiting for a meaningful response or resolution. We are escalating the issue. The dealership is really shady. Customer service after the fact is deplorable!! Dropped my car off today for the free oil change. Received an email that it would be 143 dollars that I needed to authorize. Nope!! I called their service department 7 times to try and get Tyler to return my call. No dice. Then the department closed at 4 and no one called to let me know if the cat was even ready. The keys were not left at reception as they had said would be the case after four. Multiple phone calls ensued again to no avail. No one had a clue where my keys were. Finally, at 5:10 my keys were located. I will never, ever take my car here for service again. I had heard the horror stories but having experienced first hand I am externally disappointed in their communication and service. Stay away for your peace of mind. read more

Short Version... My daughter and I experienced a deeply troubling and deceptive sales process at the dealership on March 6-7, 2026, during her attempt to purchase a 2026 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. What should have been an exciting first‑time purchase for her instead involved misrepresentation, shifting terms, unauthorized add‑ons, and unprofessional conduct from multiple employees. Despite my daughter already being approved at 6.99% through her credit union, the dealership claimed she only qualified for 15% interest and required a 20% down payment to use Kia financing. After we declined, the salesperson began texting her the next day with changing terms that increased her stress. Even after I stepped in and offered to loan her $8,000 for a down payment, the dealership repeatedly changed the required amount and interest rate, contradicting earlier statements and her strong 730 credit score. Only after learning we were at another dealership did they suddenly offer 7.09% and agree to the $8,000 down payment. However, when we returned, the paperwork showed a higher price than agreed and an interest rate of 7.75%. Only after I objected publicly did they adjust the numbers. GAP insurance was also added without consent, and previously promised window tinting was denied. Staff gave contradictory instructions about taking the vehicle home, even arguing with each other in front of us. When my daughter returned with the down payment, they claimed the spare key was "missing" until she insisted they ship it--after which it was immediately found. Throughout this process we encountered bait‑and‑switch pricing, unauthorized add‑ons, contradictory information, pressure tactics toward a first‑time buyer, and disorganized, unprofessional behavior. This pattern of conduct reflects systemic deceptive practices no customer should experience, especially a young woman purchasing her first new vehicle. If you shop at Kalidy Kia, be extremely cautious and review every document before signing. Do your homework ahead of time: check current rebates, know the exact price range you're willing to pay, and use a loan calculator so you understand what your payment should look like based on your expected interest rate. I bought my first car from them in 2024. The car was great but THEM?? A JOKE! my car got totaled in December and I used their in house financing to get my car. Active finance America are unprofessional and mangy people. It was very hard to get accurate answers from them. They would hang up in my face or get attitudes when I asked questions. And also tried to tell me "they have never seen gap pay a car off" like what type of company is this. Far as kalidy itself they are shady as well. The owner already has a whole bunch of sexual assault accusations. Would never buy a car from here again or recommend anybody. How I wish I had looked at these reviews before going to this dealership to look at a car. If I could give this establishment a MINUS 5 rating, I would. Let me tell you my story, just in case you are unaware, as I was, of their shady dealings and "creative" math. First mistake. I went to this dealership to see a used Kia I'd found online. Second mistake. Without even showing me the car I had made an appointment to see, the salesman talked me into looking at a new car because the warranty is better and there wouldn't be "much difference" in the cost of the cars. Sounds great, right? I was looking to trade in my 2017 John Cooper Works Mini Cooper for a little larger, and less expensive to maintain, car. The salesman was told upfront that there was a small balance on the car, around $5,600. In fact, the actual pay off quote was shown to him directly on my Chase app, so there is no question that they were "not aware" of the balance on the car as various individuals tried to gaslight me into believing afterwards. The salesman told me because they would have to pay off the loan from my bank, they could only give me $5,500 as a trade-in. Third mistake. I had had an offer of around $10,500 from another dealer earlier in the week, so I thought their offer fair. My Mini was in excellent shape with low mileage, new tires and brakes, and a proven history of timely and appropriate service from my mechanic available, if they'd asked. What I didn't realize, however, is that they were ONLY offering $5,500 for the car, not $5,500 equity + the $5,600 payoff as I was led to believe was the case (without any clarification from anyone there, obviously, who kept reminding me of the trade in value and a dealer rebate of $1,000 while we were talking about pricing on various cars). The finance man then tacked the $5,500 payoff amount for my Mini to the end of the loan on the Kia I chosen. This was most definitely NOT made clear to me at the time. So, because of mistakes 1-3, I now find myself having to pay off the balances on BOTH cars, except I don't even own my Mini anymore. Who in their right mind would think this an equitable deal?? When I realized what they had done and called to ask about it, I was gaslighted repeatedly and made to feel like I was ignorant because "this is the way they do things." This latter explanation, by the way, came straight from General Manager Corey after nearly 3 months of unreturned calls as well as 2 personal visits to the dealership requesting an explanation. GM Corey told me that their appraisers were excellent and knew what they were doing, and that the dealership could only offer for the car the amount they would be able to sell it for at auction. According to GM Corey, this is standard practice at car dealerships, and they had done nothing wrong. He kept demanding to be told who "lied" because he would "deal with it" and that he was "very sorry" I hadn't understood the terms I had signed, but that was not their problem. And all this was after the finance manager had told me twice (once originally after I had contacted them about this and then again a few weeks ago) that they would credit that $5,500 back to my loan and reduce the repayment down a bit by refinancing it with Kia. GM Corey said he knew nothing about this, he would "look into it" and again he was very sorry that I had misunderstood what had been told to me at the time of purchase. And that is true. I hadn't understood the terms because WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would accept a trade in on a $10,000+ car for half of that amount??? So in short, here is what I didn't understand: Kia paid off my $5,500 loan with the $5,500 they "gave me" for my Mini. They then turned around and sold it at auction for $5,500 (if that is what they actually sold it for). And then-to add insult to injury-they tacked that $5,500 onto my NEW loan. So I am now essentially paying THEM for BOTH my Mini and my new car, but I only own the one. Fair deal, right? Believe me when I tell you that had I known what they were doing, I would for sure have driven straight out of that place in my Mini. So here we are today. I feel embarrassed that I let myself be taken advantage of, but my hope is that adding my own experience to the abundance of other bad experiences at this dealership can help prev One final thing and I'll let you get on with your life. I would like to say that I am VERY pleased with my new KIA Sportage. It looks sharp, is comfortable, has loads of bells and whistles (most of which I haven't figured out yet), and gets pretty good gas mileage for a car of its size. Which is altogether fantastic, seeing how I will probably own it the rest of my life. I have been thoroughly put off ever wanting to step foot in a KIA dealership again. KIA has come a long way since the days of the Rondo. I wonder if they are aware of the way their excellent reputation is being trashed by Kalidy here in Oklahoma. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership pushes those forced Kia surveys where they practically hand you an answer sheet telling you how they want the review to go. That alone should tell you everything. I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and each experience has been worse than the last, with no real effort to improve the process or retain long-term customers. They love to talk about "Friends for Life," but let's be honest -- that only applies if the deal goes their way and you pay for it. It has nothing to do with loyalty, customer care, or actually treating repeat buyers well. When I purchased my 2023 Kia Soul, the process took over 10 hours. At multiple points, I was effectively stuck there because they had my trade-in keys, with constant back-and-forth between different offices and managers. I have the emails (and so do they) acknowledging how bad that experience was, including them offering extras afterward to make up for what felt like a hostage situation. I was assured the process had been "fixed" and encouraged to return for my next purchase. That turned out to be a huge mistake. I came back on 1-27-26, and somehow the process was even worse. The evening manager and a salesman who wasn't even my scheduled salesperson were some of the least customer-oriented people I've ever dealt with. Once again, they took my keys while discussing a trade. I politely asked multiple times to get my keys back and was repeatedly told to sit down and wait -- essentially being treated like I had no choice. After asking around a dozen times, I finally had to walk up to the sales manager's desk myself and demand my keys just so I could leave and get my wife out of yet another uncomfortable situation that, oddly enough, only seems to happen at this dealership. Even after that, the salesman and manager stood near the exit trying to block me and keep talking. When I explained how unacceptable both this experience and the prior 10+ hour ordeal were, the sales manager's response was, "10 hours? That's a short time compared to what we usually do." That statement alone says everything about how they view customers' time. I also explained that I bought my truck from Joe Cooper Ford and was in and out in 20 minutes -- that's what real customer service looks like. I had cash in hand from my bank, ready to buy outright. I wasn't asking for anything special, just a simple, transparent OTD (out-the-door) price, which I requested multiple times during this two-hour circus of confusion, pressure, and hidden fees. Instead, they resorted to bragging about being the "#1 Kia dealer in the state." If that's true, it's only in the same way every place claims to have the best coffee or food. The actual Google reviews across Oklahoma tell a very different story -- this dealership is near the bottom, sitting just above the worst-rated Kia dealer in the state. Today has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. My husband and I were at the dealership for over 6 hours going back and forth on price. We told the sales associate multiple times we didn't want to waste anyone's time and tried to leave. They finally came to a deal we all agreed on. They even started the process of trading in my car. Don't go here!!!! Kellen Lea, Chris Gordan, and Brandon Blackmon don't trust anything they say or will do for you! We bought a car October 3rd, 2024 and the next day on October 4th, 2024 we had an Emission check engine light came on for EVAP incorrect purge flow! Not even having it 24 hours! We contacted the dealership and took them 3 days to look at it, they "claim" it was some wiring. The light came back on 3 days later and said it would be 4 days to get it looked at and asked if I could drop it off early and just have a rental and they basically said no because they don't have the storage to keep it. So instead of waiting I took it to a mechanic my parents been going to for almost 10 years and changed the purge valve and canister vent Solenoid. We changed the main component for it and invested $400 of our own money. The light came back on and told them what we did and they agreed to fix it and give us a rental this time. Dropped it off and they had the van for 5 days and claiming the issue is fuel rail sensor and our mechanics we know and trust and they said they damaged vacuum hoses and the sensor to the fuel rail sensor and won't cover it and want to charge us over 2k to fix it! It's now November 2nd and they didn't fix nothing and now unfortunately we having to deal with it ourselves.... Don't go buy from them and don't trust the sales guy Kellen Lea or sales manger Chris Gordan or Brandon Blackmon once they got you're money you'll never hear from them ever again they will ghost you and won't ever contact you! I can't begin to tell you how you how angry I am with this dealership. Crooks and liars. Just outright lie to your face and then double down. If you don't read all of this review and get taken by these guys it is on you. The lies really had started the night before. I got on their website and saw the vehicle listed and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, the sales associate wasn't even there that the system set me up with. They eventually sent out Jay, who went around looking for the keys and then into the garage only to come out and tell me that it was on the lift and the keys were with the mechanic. I later made my way through the garage only to see that the car was not on any lift or in a bay and in fact was out in the lot where I found unlocked so I took a look myself there as well. I chalked it up to Jay just trying to cover for the vehicle not being available and left it at that. While going through that I was waiting on an offer on my vehicle and eventually got one. No trade in discussed. There wasn't anyone to make a check(indicating that they were writing for the amount given)at the time so I was asked to come back the next morning. So I do. I wait two hours for them to come back and offer $1000 less. I was livid. Then they proceeded to make like the offer was based on trading. I was clear from the start that I was just looking for purchase without trade but that there was a vehicle I was interested in. I demanded my key back for my vehicle multiple times before making my way over to the managers desks and making a big enough scene to finally get my keys all the while Corey who tried to play good cop was not only defending the lies from Jay he stated that he was fully under the impression the this was a trade deal and that this would be the only way to make the original offer but for a new vehicle not even the one I was there looking at. Then a manger stated that the vehicle Jay discussed was on the lift last night as well backing Jays lies. This was clearly their MO. Back your guys no matter what. Corey included who stated they have video cameras that could tell them which I said let's watch em and see and then he back pedaled out of that. I bought a car from this place in 2021 and left a review because of how poorly I was treated from how badly they screwed me on price and how awful they were when it came down to fixing issues. I went back with my fiancé this year to look at the 2027 telluride they had listed on their site. we knew what we wanted and were buyers. The car they sent us for our appointment verification was not even on the lot. We told them we were not there to waste time they showed us the exact car but different stock number and price for some reason and tried to tell us that the one we saw wasn't the one on their website. I was like it's literally included in the link you guys sent for our appointment, we argued with them basically calling us liars on price after they came back at us to try to add 10k more to the purchase. We told them what we would accept for the trade before even doing business, they low balled it regardless of our wishes and still tried to sell us for 10k more than the car we went there for. So not only did they low ball the trade, they didn't even show us the car we wanted, or give us the price it was listed for, and were so rude. They wouldn't even give me the loyalty discount for buying from them previously. We went to BOOMER KIA and got our trade offer and the Telluride we wanted same day. Long story short, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I went in to hopefully give Kalidy a second chance and once again they failed at service and honest pricing. I hate leaving bad reviews however, people need to know that there are better people and places to buy from. read more

This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I bought the car a couple months ago it had problems right after I bought it the came and got it and "fixed it", when I gave concerns about the car after I got it back I was told that was normal and the car is running perfectly ( 1st lie). A couple months later I drove out of state and the problem that they claimed they fixed caused my battery to catch fire and leave me stranded another week. when it happened I talked to a service advisor believing I had a warranty he confirmed 3 separate times that it would be covered under my warranty (2nd, 3rd and 4th lie) and told me to take it to another Kia dealership, costing me more money then it would've if I took it somewhere else, so they could fix it. After the car was fixed I got the bill I reached back out to kalidy Kia to be told I don't have the warranty that I agreed to and I would need to talk to finance, they told me they would have finance call me in a few minutes. After 3 hours I called back and finance was unaware of the situation (5th lie) and they couldn't help me and they would have a manager call me in about 30 minutes. 3 hours later I called and all the managers were unaware of the situation (6th lie). I talked to manager Xavier Langston and all I was told is I don't have a warranty, during this time he and his coworkers were laughing and giggling in the background, and we would need to talk to a service supervisor. I asked Xavier to call me and confirm he talked to him because I have been continuously lied to which he offered a halfhearted apology but obviously didn't care, and he did call and confirm he talked to the service manager. So after another few hours I called the service department 4 times before I finally got in touch with the service supervisor, who informed me they cannot help because they can't confirm they caused it(7th lie), and explained he told Xavier of this and informed him he would not be calling us about it which he chose not to pass along to us (8th lie) and that we shouldn't of taken it to that dealership even though his employee is the reason we took it there. After all this I went to pick up the car and now the problem is causing the car to blow fuses as soon as it's started and it's melting wires in the car and will take a few more days to find out what's wrong not including fixing it. But the service supervisor confirmed that the problem has been going for months and it was caused by the thing that was supposed to be fixed when I bought the car. If your looking for a car I would advise you to not chose this dealership, if you have any problems you will be talked to like your stupid and lied to, while no one will take any kind of accountability blaming it on another department, then when you talk to that department they will blame it on someone else. I will never buy a car from anyone associated with Kalidy Kia again. And if I could give lower then 1 star I definitely would. read more

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Maybe the worst I've ever heard of. After 29 days of fiasco and being forced to take the car home even though they didn't complete the "we owe", the car broke down the next day. We had it less than 24 hrs and it broke down on us. Habib was extremely dishonest IMO and so was his boss. I promise I'm not exaggerating. I've bought a lot of cars. Go anywhere other than a Kalidy business. Update: they still haven't done what they said they would do on the we owe. If I haven't taken this down, it's still not done. Update: the gm agreed that my treatment was ridiculous and he has agreed to paint the front bumper and fix the sensor. So far, it's been 2 months and I'm still driving their loaner car, which was super dirty when they gave it to me. Also, I had to wait 4 hours to get the loaner car when I went there. My wife was looking to buy a Kia sorento and these people had one on line that we wanted to look at. She spoke to the internet group and the said they had the car and she made an appointment to come see it Saturday morning at 10:00. The dealership emailed to be sure she was coming for her appointment and assured her the car would be ready. We live in stillwater about 60 miles from their store. We got in our car and drove there on the coldest day of the year that find a different story. When we got there were we told to ask Kalyb Parker. He met us and said he would bring the car inside for us to view. After a short wait he returned with what he said was irritating news. "The car was gone to Texas taken by a technician." I pretty much had to remove myself at that point. My wife said he did have another with less miles and was only $700 more...." Classic bait and switch. My brother has a standard for people of "just don't suck!" But this greatly surpassed that. Very unapologetic and tried to blame everyone else for his misrepresentation of this event. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot overnight and I had to lock it from my app, they could are less that I was inconvenienced and lied to and that I bought a car and they had it longer then I did. Could not recommend more strongly that anyone who is considering buying a Kia do so elsewhere. Purchased a "new" car several weeks ago and the following have taken place: - Took two days to have the car ready as the keys to the car were lost and they couldn't figure out how to program new ones - Once it finally was "ready," we did our walk around and discovered scratches and paint chips in numerous places - along with mud on the floorboard and white smudges on back seats - I'm then told to bring it in for service and they'll fix the scratches / chips - I'm given a 1-2 day estimate on the time it should take to get my new car fixed, and it takes 8. (I reached out after a day of not hearing anything only for no one to respond for another full 2 days) - Finally, after 8 days, the car is "ready" to be picked up - we do our walk around and after 10 seconds several paint chip spots (the same ones originally identified) are again identified - I'm told that it will be "expedited" except that turns into yet another 8 day estimation process. All the while, I reach out to the new car sales manager (Andre) who explains that he also doesn't understand why it would take that long, that he will figure it out and get back to me in "30 minutes" only to never reach back out again. - Completely ghosted by the new car manager thereafter despite several attempts to get in touch - Service department then tells me after the fact that the sales person who performed their walk around of the car (Caleb) approved it with the clear and obvious chips remaining in it while attempting to claim that we didn't call those marks out specifically (we did). Bad faith at best, snake oil salesman at worst. So, again, I encourage anyone who may read this to look elsewhere. Take this as a cautionary tale. read more

I got digital copies of all paperwork from the financial department, but upon inspection the next day I realized I couldn't find a copy of my 'friends for life' guarantee that I signed with the salesman. I have never once been impressed by this dealership. I know, it's a car dealership. There's nothing to be impressed about. I, however, am focusing this review on my experience and opinion of their service department. The only reason I continued to visit this dealership for maintenance was because I negotiated 2 free years of oil changes when I purchased my vehicle in 2023. Nearly every time I entered, I was harassed by asking to review the service clerk and giver her 10s on everything (half of which did not apply to me). I was then texted, emailed and called during the week after to submit a 5-star rating online (don't believe anyone's positive reviews) to get a free service. (I never complied). The waiting area is dismally decorated and grungy. Free water? Wow! The service clerks are chatting nonstop, talking under their breath about other customers and co-workers, and have an air of superiority (for whatever reason). The last time I visited I asked for my air filter and other standard mileage maintenance to be checked. I was given no charge and no confirmation any of the things occurred. Also - had an IOU for my free oil changes - was only asked to present the document after my second time. So hey - maybe you can finesse a free oil change because they seem to have nothing documented! Drove all the way from El Reno to Edmond to get my car checked for some AC problems. I made an appointment for 3 pm on the website, I get to the dealership and there are so many cars parked in the main driveway you can't even get passed. I finally get to the mechanic shop and I'm told I can't be seen/helped because it's "too late in the day". If it's too late in the day for you guys to see me, then why is it an option on the website to make an appointment?? This is my second time bringing my car to the shop for its AC problems, steering wheel buttons not working, etc. they haven't been able to SOLVE OR FIX ANY!! Back in October, I traded my vehicle in for a Charger and told my salesman Kellen that I wanted to roll the TTL into the loan, and he told me no problem. I finished finance and found out days later that the TTL was not included. I texted him and he said he would fix it and make it right and then he ghosted me (I have the text messages). I then left a negative review on Google but was contacted by the GM and was offered half of the TTL that he figured to be around $1K and would send me $500. The TTL ended up being around $1400. Never once received anything from Kalidy. If you make a deal here, make sure to get it in writing before you leave. Awful experience dealing with these people. read more

This dealership is a FUCKING JOKE!!!!!! Don't walk, don't run, SPRINT away from here as fast as possible. Recently bought a 2018 Audi RS5 from them. Took 3 weeks to get delivered. When it arrived, the whole car was beat to shit with dents and missing paint, yet the GM takes no accountability for it being there before delivery. The photo the salesman took below, of the passenger door, CLEARLY shows a nasty dent cluster that I was not made aware of before its arrival. The GM Corey Suter, claims he can't see the dents in the salesman's photo but it is clear as day to me and anyone who isn't Corey Suter, or Hellen Keller. It's common sense that a parking line doesn't get skinny and contort the way it does in the photo unless there's some dents contorting the line making it skinny. Despite ALL the exterior damage. After taking it on my FIRST 20 minute drive. I wake up the next morning to an oil leak. Didn't have the car for more than 24 hrs and it's now at an Audi dealership for 2-3 WEEKS, with a $13,500 bill to make all the repairs that Kalidy Kia didn't want to fix. ZEROOOO ACCOUNTABILITY for that as well. "Looks like it's a new leak" "it didn't have any leaking fluid here" fuck that. REGARDLESS. I drive it once and now I owe $13K and I'm out a car for 3 weeks? When I was 3 minutes away at 1157 they call am tell me; we just sold it. Then they try to sell me 2-3 of same model with more miles for more money. I couldn't wait any longer and Jay said the manager was at $3500. I asked SPECIFICALLY if it was a Buy Bid. He said yes!!! I said I would come back Monday. I called Hannah before driving across town to ask if I could still sell it for the $3500 buy bid and get a check today . Jay got my keys and came back at $2000!!!!! I showed him the kbb site and Hannah's text that the $3600 was "conservative!" His manager came over to talk and asked where I got the "$3500" and I pointed at Jay and explained about asking about the buy bid, Jay refuted this and said it was a "starting bid".
