As others have noted, I also find the website pricing presentation confusing, bordering on misleading (albeit unintentionally, in my judgment). The "dealer discounts" line is a summary of the POSSIBLE discounts you MIGHT receive if you qualify for every single discount. But that's not at all what it looks like. On the surface, it LOOKS like their car is $4k less than the other dealers, with the possibility of further discounts. I was a serious out-of-state buyer for Edmond Hyundai's 2019 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, VIN WP1AF2AY5KDA81705. I was financed, communicating directly with the salesperson, and prepared to move forward pending a Porsche pre-purchase inspection. The Porsche inspection materially changed the transaction. Porsche Oklahoma City documented major issues including A/C blowing hot with a leaking evaporator, coolant pump leakage, belt tensioner oil leakage, front tires at 4/32 with alignment needed, and rear brake wear. The Porsche repair estimates shown to me totaled well into five figures. When I raised these findings, the dealership minimized the Porsche inspection and suggested Porsche was just trying to make money. A sales director also pressured me by saying many other people had called on the vehicle and that it would be put back on the market if I did not buy it. My concern is not that a used vehicle had issues. My concern is that this vehicle was being actively marketed as retail-ready, and when a Porsche dealer inspection documented significant repair needs, the response was pressure and minimization rather than transparency. I chose not to proceed. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that any buyer of a high-end used vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent manufacturer-level inspection before purchase and review all findings carefully before relying on the dealership's used-car inspection or warranty representations. read more

After getting a postcard saying my recalled Axel parts where there I suggested on ordering my other part to get both jobs done in one day. I kindly requested my vehicle back and left. I set aside time for this appointment and wasted an hour of my day driving to and from the dealership. I purchased a car here in December of 2025 and it was a horrendous experience. I regret immensely that I bought from them because I could have gotten my car and financing at any Hyundai dealer. I just read a review by someone who mentioned the online pricing as a bait and switch when you get to the dealership it's a totally different price, which was 100% my experience. When I inquired about that the sales manager who was foisted upon me, George, behaved so rudely to me that I told the test drive guy that if George came back, I was leaving. The reason I didn't leave is because the finance guy they turned me over to when I declined to work further with George, Dallas, was very kind. But I'm still pissed at myself that I did a deal with them. I now have my car in for service because I ran over a nail, and I texted the service guy for a status update (in response to a text he sent me saying that I could text for updates). I have received no response, and now my Husband, who is helping with the car shuffling, said that they may not have it ready today. He gave up waiting for a text and just called. They gave us a loaner, so we're not totally up a creek, but the communication is poor. I also called this morning to ensure they would submit one of my repairs to the appropriate warranty provider from the extra warranty I purchased, and the lady I spoke with said that she was sure the service tech would do that. She did not say that she would make sure they got the message, or that there was a system in place to flag for them that there was a warranty requiring preauthorization before they undertook the work, just that she was confident the service guy would know that. I hope she was right, but I would have appreciated something more definitive. My trust level in them is 0 and I warn off anyone who asks me about my purchasing experience with them. read more

Don't buy at Edmond Hyundai I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe two days ago at Edmound Hyundai, and I absolutely love the vehicle itself. I came to the dealership with my own financing through my bank, so the purchase process was straightforward. I want to start by recognizing that Steven was great to work with. I also worked with Andrew Hollingsworth until he had another appointment, and another salesperson assisted me after that. Both salesmen were friendly and helpful during the purchase. The issues began after the sale. Before I drove the vehicle, I took pictures to send to my daughters. The only thing I noticed was that there was still protective plastic on the side near the gas door. The salesperson told me they would remove the plastic and clean the vehicle before delivering it. Since it was a brand-new vehicle with only 22 miles on it, I assumed that simply meant washing it and removing the remaining plastic. Both salesmen personally delivered the vehicle to my home, thanked me, and reminded me about the customer survey. I told them I would be happy to complete it. Later that day, my daughter came over to see the vehicle. I had not even moved it from my driveway. She immediately noticed the protective plastic was still on the vehicle. When we opened the liftgate, we found that whatever had been used to clean the interior trim had left white streaks and smears all over the back cargo area. While looking over the vehicle further, she also pointed out numerous scratches on one of the doors. At that point, I wasn't upset. My thought was simply that mistakes happen, and I would take it back the next morning to have everything corrected. The following morning I returned to the dealership and asked for Andrew, but he was off. I spoke with Steven, who directed me to the service department. The service advisor looked at the vehicle and immediately commented that he didn't know what had been used on the back because it was smeared everywhere. After inspecting everything else, he scheduled the repairs and had me return the following morning at 8:45 a.m. I dropped the vehicle off, was provided transportation home, and was told they would call when it was ready. At approximately 12:26 p.m., Andrew called me. I returned his call a few minutes later. He said he was calling about the customer survey. I explained that I fully intended to complete it, but my brand-new vehicle was currently in service because of the issues that needed to be corrected. He told me he would check on the vehicle and call me back, which he did. He informed me the repairs would take another day. Then the conversation took a very unexpected turn. Andrew told me he needed me to complete the survey and make sure it was all five stars. I explained that I wanted to wait until I got my vehicle back because it was still being repaired. He then said that because they were paying to fix the vehicle, he expected an excellent survey. I responded that this was a brand-new vehicle with only 22 miles on it, and it should never have needed service in the first place. The dealership was correcting problems that occurred before I ever took possession of the vehicle. Andrew then stated that if he received three bad surveys in a month, he could lose his job. He went on to say that he would rather undo the financing and not sell me the car than receive a bad survey. I asked him directly, "Are you threatening me over a survey?" Instead of backing away from that statement, he repeated it. At that point, I was shocked and upset. I even began recording the conversation because I could not believe a salesperson would speak to a customer that way. Regardless of whether financing came through the dealership or not, threatening to unwind a vehicle sale because of a survey is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. After ending the call, I tried three times to reach a manager before finally receiving a call back from George. George told me that all calls are recorded and that Andrew "jokes like that." I asked him whether he had actually listened to the recording because there was nothing about that conversation that sounded like a joke to me. I explained that I had brought my own financing from my bank, so Andrew's comments about canceling financing made even less sense. More importantly, no customer should ever be pressured or intimidated into giving a perfect survey. Rather than addressing my concerns, George dismissed them by saying Andrew was joking. When I continued explaining why I found the conversation inappropriate, George said he was not going to go back and forth with me and disconnected the call. I waited to see if he would call me back, but he never did. When I called him back, he acted as though the call had simply dropped. The arrogance of Andrew and the dishonesty of the manager, George, were enough for me. Their attitude and the way I was treated made for a very disappointing experience. read more

Deceitful and dismissive, unethical and unconscionable service. Probably coupled with incompetence. Took my 2013 Azera (a mere 67k miles) in for service to Edmond Hyundai in June 2025 due to odor of raw gasoline in/around the engine bay/passenger compartment. I asked for a full fuel system evaluation. Their service department determined I had a fuel injector GASKET problem and replaced ALL of the gaskets. Parts and Labor: $ 1058.26 Within a few days of retrieving my vehicle, it was apparent that the problem was not resolved. The service team deceitfully DISMISSED my concern that it was "only" residual vapors and that it would resolve in short order. Odor did not dissipate over the next three months. I then returned to Edmond Hyundai in November. They recommended replacing all 6 injectors to avoid future problems; I reluctantly agreed. Parts and Labor: $ 4614.70 Fast forward to January 2026: I took my car to an independent mechanic, who determined (within a 10 minute inspection) that there was an active fuel leak from an injector. Back to Edmond Hyundai for additional "warranty service": After approximately a week in the shop (including current weather related delays), the on scene service advisor (with another Edmond Hyundai service associate lingering nearby) tells me that there is a defective injector and that the labor to replace it is not covered by warranty. The "lingering" associate says that this is the dealership's "policy" (repeated 2 additional times!) Imagine that! My response is to defer the "service" and reclaim my leaking Azera. Proposed Cost for this additional labor: $875.99 Current time: At this point, I begin writing this review, hoping to shame the Edmond Hyundai management in contacting me. I am also currently building my letter to Hyundai USA to express my contempt for the practices and "policies" of one of their dealerships. I'm already in this for over $5600 (on a 12+ year old low mileage automobile no less!), and still with the original issue unresolved. And apparently I would remain liable for the likely next round of LABOR COSTS - all for replacing the new parts they sold me. We purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy from Edmond Hyundai in August 2025 and it was honestly the best experience we could have asked for! We saw one online that we liked so we asked them to hold it for us until we could get there later that week and with a $500 transferrable deposit that would also be applied to our down payment, they held it for us. When we arrived, they had the vehicle pulled to the front, had the tank full and it was ready to go! We did a test drive and fell in love! Who knew my country boy husband would like something like that but he did! Financing was simple, everyone was extremely kind and honestly, it was such a relaxing experience. Don't let their online inventory make you think they have limited stock because when we arrived, they were FULL with so many different options to choose from - we were impressed and still looked at several just to make sure we didn't like something more! Also, we did some price comparison before purchasing. We looked in Arkansas, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico and even several dealerships in Oklahoma and not one of them was able to beat the price we received - it is wild that we could have purchased the exact same vehicle for $10-15k more just 20 minutes down the road. Since purchasing our car, we've utilized the service department a few times and they have always been wonderful as well. We are always greeted as soon as we arrive, communication is great, and the fact we are able to get a loaner vehicle, if needed, makes a huge difference as we live about 2 hours away so there are times we have things to do while in the OKC Metro and are able to do those without worrying about waiting. Edmond Hyundai is so wonderful to do business with and we will forever be customers when it comes to vehicles for me. We cannot recommend them to our friends and family enough! I had a fender part come off the truck. they took 5 days to get it back in. when i made the appt to get it fixed they said it would take a couple of hours. That seemed excessive to me and they explained bc it was under warranty they had to inspect vehicle, take video and pI'd Car went in at 9:00 and as of 1:15 pm today it's just now being pulled in. My "specialist" says if you are waiting in lobby these people get priority. Never was told this piexe of news! I would have waited. I took their shuttle home. Now I'm told that it's just now getting into bay to be looked at. They have horrible communication and are slower than molasses. Even oil changes take 2-3 hours; and that is something that takes 10 min to do a a quick lube place. I'm thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend this facility for any service!! read more

We have had issue after issue with this place. First, it was the service department, which eventually got resolved. NOW, we are finding out that we were supposed to recieve our title within 30day of purchase. We are 60 days put and still have not recieved it. The car AGAIN, is undriveable as the temp tag is expired and we are unable register it. I have called spoken to someone in the title department who had no clue what was happening with the title. She was supposed to call me back and never did, so I filed a complaint with the OK Used Motor Vehicle Department to see if they can get an answer. The service department is a horrible! Took my vehicle there over a month ago it is still sitting there on a warranty recall on the engine recommended by Hyundai recall center... They tried to upsell me didn't accept.. $900.00!! once the engine was put in now $300 battery that I'm responsible for because it stopped working apparently in their care. None of the managers have called me back in the service department or general manager of the facility after several messages left. Never had a problem before with any other things. Unfortunately writing this because the service departments lack of care left me in an unsafe situation. I brought my car in last weekend to get service and I informed them that my tire pressure was getting low due to hitting a curb. I asked them to check it and fix it if there was an issue. Initially was told there was a nail in it, then when I picked it up they said nothing was wrong with it and they found no nail. Well, the following evening I left for a work trip and left my car at the airport. The same tire was flat when I returned and I had to stop in an unsafe area late at night to try to fill it enough to make it home. Took it to a tire shop today for them to tell me that there was a hole in it and the whole tire needs replacing. I'm frustrated because now I'm having to take off work this morning to replace it when this could've been avoided when I originally brought it in. I've never written a negative review before, but I feel this one is deserved. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra from this dealership about six weeks ago. The salespeople were very friendly and promised all kinds of good things, so I left feeling confident about my purchase. About a week later, I started having trouble with the ignition switch--the part you use with the key to start the truck. I called my salesperson, Ryan, and he told me to bring it in so they could take a look. I travel a lot and stay busy, so it took me a few weeks to get back in. When I did, they charged me a diagnostic fee of around $220. After about an hour and a half, they came back with a long list of recommended repairs and maintenance items--radiator fluid change, transmission oil change, and more--totaling around $3,000. These are things that, in my opinion, should have been done before selling the vehicle. I went in to fix a faulty ignition switch that should never have been an issue, and instead was handed a big repair bill. I found the whole experience disappointing and somewhat deceptive. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this dealership--and the other ones owned by the same group. read more

My daughter and I just witnessed the worst car sales manager in the sordid history of terrible car dealership sales managers. Mr. Sales Manager was so condescending, hostile, and disrespectful that it boggles the imagination. Clearly, I was a nuisance and someone he was trying to rush out the door so he could get on to "more important" things. Either that, or he was having the worst day of all days, and we were the ones that caught the shrapnel. I say "we" because my adult daughter was with me as we looked for a car to launch her into the next chapter of her life. The interaction began to sour when we discussed pricing. This was, of course, after the test drive, and at the beginning of the little dance that we all do when we buy a car. As someone who now lives in the internet age, of course, I had an idea of what kind of deal I wanted... and with the end of the month/end of the quarter nigh, I was hoping to further enhance that deal. For Mr. Sales Manager, this was an offense to him and his clan, evidently. When asked to clarify the "Final price" (Which, by the way is not the Final price, because there are 16 people who have ever walked our green earth who meet all the stipulations of the "final price", and 12 of them have crossed the rainbow bridge), rather than attempt to help me with where my confusion lies with patience and grace, he chose to question my intelligence and ability. I even gave Mr. Sales Manager a couple of outs to redeem the interaction by saying that his tone was pretty hot and that some of what he was saying came off as demeaning. When it became clear that he was interested in winning whatever contrived fight he had in his own mind with me, rather than finding a solution for a car deal, I gave him the ole "I think we're all done here." Furthermore, his sharp "have a blessed day" as he and I left was the most hateful tone that those four words in that order have ever been uttered. (Mr. Sales Manager, this part of the note is for you, specifically. I'm a person of faith too... in fact, I am seminary-educated (amongst other things). How you treat people, and then throw in a 'have a blessed day' at the end, is harmful to whatever faith you espouse. It makes me want to find out where you go to church so I can either tell your pastor that you need some pretty intensive discipleship...or never go to that church...be a better witness, bro). I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the sales rep was professional and kind... and I'm sure he was looking for a trapdoor to jump out of during Mr. Sales Manager's escapades. I'm also giving flowers to the nice internet sales manager who called me and let me know that this was not the experience that they were aiming for, and that she would share my concerns with the powers that be. I hope Ms. Internet Sales Manager does follow up with that, because as long as Mr. Sales Manager is a part of Edmond Hyundai, my recommendation for anyone looking to do business with Edmond Hyundai is that it would be a more enjoyable experience to be attacked by a coked-up honey badger than facing even the prospect of crossing paths with Mr. Sales Manager. And although I'm intending this to be as snarky as it is informative of my experience...to give perspective, my daughter, who was a Salutatorian in her recently graduated high school class...tough as she is kind...was so taken aback by Mr. Sales Manager's toxicity that it actually made her emotional as we were walking out the door. Her only comment is, "How can a person be so mean?" So, for that, Mr. Sales Manager...thanks for that little summer treat. Also they do not offer your deposit back until you call a week later and ask for it. I am posting this so others understand what happened to me. Specific warning. Avoid George, the Sales Manager. In my case, he was aggressive and rude from the first moments of the call. Instead of reviewing the deal professionally, he escalated the conversation and spoke to me as if I did not understand basic numbers. Antonio also switched his personality completely once the pricing issue came up. The only person who was a pleasure to deal with was Steven, and after everything blew up, I never heard from him again. What happened I negotiated the deal with Steven for a 2025 Pallisade Caligraphy that was on the lot for 300+ days. Steven and I agreed to an out the door price of 46,500 using a plan through Hyundai financing to qualify for that price. My wife and I acted in good faith and started making real arrangements based on that agreed number and Steven's financing plan. Then the story changed. The price suddenly became 48,500 After the agreement, I got a call involving George. He claimed the negotiated price was actually 48,500 and implied I was confused. That is not what was negotiated. The way it was delivered felt like I was being pressured and talked down to rather than given an honest explanation. If they had handled this with honesty and professionalism, we would have continued the conversation and potentially even moved forward at 48,500 with additional add ons. Instead, the call began with disrespect and turned into denial and hostility. Steven disappeared and management ignored me Steven was the person I negotiated with and the one who laid out the plan to reach 46,500 out the door. Once this situation blew up, I never heard from him again. I escalated the issue to the General Manager by email and requested a call back. The General Manager never called me and never responded to my email. Bottom line This was an unacceptable experience and a clear lack of integrity and professionalism. I do not trust this dealership and I do not believe they deal honestly with customers. read more
