Comparable to halal carts in NYC! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again.

We originally sat outside but it was a little noisy with the cars going by at the stop light. We moved inside and had the best time. The service was great! Our waitress was so nice and attentive. I ordered Loni's red flight, one of my friends ordered the pomegranate hibiscus fizz with tequila instead of vodka, and my other friend ordered Trista's white flight. We got the crispy Brussel sprouts to start with and they were delicious. For our entrees we ordered the Mediterranean rice bowl, beer battered fish and chips, and the zesty chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. All three were really good and full of flavor. Once we finished eating the table was cleared and then I ordered a slice of carrot cake. When it was brought out they had added a candle and came over to sing happy birthday to me, including the owner, and it was the perfect finish to our dinner. The cake was amazing! Thank you so much to the staff and owner for making my birthday so special. Can't wait to come back again!

Hairy Tony's is a bit of a mixed bag. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive, and the…read moreatmosphere was fun and welcoming. If you're stopping in for a drink and to hang out, it's probably a solid spot. The food, though, was a major letdown. My steak sandwich was disappointing, and the "side" of onion rings was literally four individual pieces. Four. That's not a side -- that's a garnish. The nachos were worse. Lukewarm Velveeta poured over completely unseasoned shredded chicken, brown guacamole that looked like it had been sitting out too long, and everything about it felt rushed -- like it was thrown together in two minutes without a second thought. The emphasis was clearly on quantity over quality. Her chicken sandwich wasn't any better -- bland, unseasoned, and somehow still had the pattern from the frozen packaging imprinted on the bottom. That's not a great sign. Bottom line: nice place to grab a drink. But unless you're already inebriated and not paying attention, I'd skip the food.

This is one of my favorite places to get a delicious cocktail and yummy appetizer in Cortland. I've…read morebeen here a few times and every time I visit I'm always greeted by the staff with such welcoming energy. I'm always excited to try something from their seasonal cocktail menu because there's always something new with a fun name and great flavor. My friend and I stopped in and tried the Gingerbread Espresso Martini and the Santa Clausmo. Both drinks were fantastic! We also ordered the Loaded Fries and they were sooo good. They come on a large plate and there was more than enough for us to share. This was also a great choice because they are gluten free and vegan. My friend has a gluten allergy so it was nice having an option on the menu for her. They also have a lot of other gluten free and vegan options. Good vibes and great service every time!

The menu was adequate and had a good variety of items. I had a side salad which was great! Fresh mixed greens with a few other vegetables. Then came the Caprese Pizza. It was very bland and blah. There was no real flavor to it. I think they forgot to put the garlic sauce on it. The crust was crisp, very thin. The place hasn't changed much since Brix took it over many years ago. It's very dark. The acoustics are poor as the place is loud. I imagine with a crowd, it would be hard to hear the people at your own table. I had a pleasant time with friends. If I go back, I definitely will try something else. The Caprese Pizza just didn't cut it for me.
