The initial reason for my visit was a sharp pain on my back that came out of nowhere - just sitting on my bed playing with my niece, nothing strenuous at all. I was seen on the same day (can't guarantee this for everyone but seeing that I could not hold the pain any longer that day, I have to add that here). There are a lot of things that have changed since I visited Dr. Frink and Dr. York. 1. I wake up LESS at night. I've been having deep slumbers and feel well-rested the next day. 2. Less headaches and migraines for sure! I keep a log of how often I get headaches and how extreme. 3. The fingers on my right hand have been numb since 2017. I'm starting to feel them again ever since my visits and I feel like they are gradually regaining their sensation. Dr. Frink is very sweet and takes his time getting to know his patients! I would always recommend him and even if I no longer live in the area, I would still come here for their services! I arrived on time, and after 20 minutes of waiting was told (when I asked... no one even acknowledged I'd been waiting 20 minutes) that I'd be waiting 15 more minutes. Then I find out another gentleman was booked for a 9:30am appointment, so my time was at LEAST double-booked, if not more. When I said I needed to leave as I had other commitments, and that I thought 35 minutes late was a bit much, the woman was perfectly friendly, but there was not one mention of apology or that my time was valued, any acknowledgment that I was here on my vacation day, or any type of excuse for the lateness or double booking. Just a friendly, very chipper "Okay!!" and a refund of my payment (which is always taken immediately upon check-in... priorities, you know.) I expect to wait 10-15 minutes for an appointment - even though, really, that should be the exception not the rule, otherwise what is even the point of an APPOINTMENT - but 35 minutes or more, with no reasons or apologies, I won't tolerate.
