Not happy with office staff/ billing whatsoever…read more Wife scheduled massage therapy for me, as my back has been hurting lately. She called to confirm the visit would be covered by insurance. Was told by office staff that she checked, and indeed it would be covered. Went in 10 minutes prior to appointment, l asked again to confirm that the massage would be covered. Was told that since it was coded under massage therapy that yes, insurance would cover. Upon completion of the (frankly, average at best massage), was told by front desk gal (same gal that confirmed both over the phone), that the visit is a $180 charge. HUH? She said that since the massage therapist wasn't actually a licensed chiropractor as well, she couldn't code it as massage therapy and had to charge me full price. I'm not happy with this business AT ALL. Even the most high-end massage therapists at spas don't charge anywhere near that price, and why tell me multiple times that she was 100% certain it would be covered, only to spring an exorbitant and ridiculous $180 charge for a sub-par massage AFTER services rendered? In all fairness, I must disclose that the business owner (the chiropractor Wall) offered to refund $65 of that $180 to try to make it right. But still. Truly ridiculous. This place leaves much to be desired and their communication stinks and is incompetent.

I have never had office staff who have been more on top of their game. I am especially impressed by Brandi. This lady remembers everything. "4:30 like always?" "THANK YOU!" Brandi is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Now to Dr. Wall. Great bedside manor, friendly and he really cares about his patients. He takes the extra time to sit with you and asks about how YOU are. Most doctors are pressured to hurry through appointments. Dr Wall never does. It is just awesome to have a place where you feel your doctor and staff care about YOU. Call them, it's worth it!

He also provided clear instructions on how to care for myself post adjustment using the after care movements as directed. I would highly recommend this Chiropractor! He knows his stuff!

They said I had to do it myself. I immediately felt put off. Get back to the room and they asked me the exact same questions that were on the form. The form took 30 minutes. The questions were about to take 30 minutes when I asked why we were doing it again. She Said she had to get it into the computer. I asked why she couldn't just type it from what I wrote and she said that this way was quicker (for who?). After all that, the supposed chiropractor came in. First thing I felt was used car salesman. I worked with them for years, and this guy reeked of it. He proceeded to talk some word salad, came over, had me turn my neck to the left, then the right and then he pushed down on my neck and it has hurt worse ever since. The appointment was running obviously long, I've never been at an appointment where I sat there for an hour and a half and it wasn't even halfway done. I had an appointment afterwards, and my phone was dead. I asked them if I could either charge up my phone or if I could use their phone to reschedule my appointment. They refused. It gets better. Then they lied to labor and industries and told them that I was hostile and walked out in the middle of the appointment. I was never hostile. I asked for something and they refused and I told them what would have to happen if they didn't let me charge my phone or make a phone call. They weren't nice. They weren't accommodating. And they are liars. This is what I call a shill for labor and industries. Don't go here. Don't let your doctor send you here.
