I can't recommend them enough. Dr Brown and Dr Kris (sp?) are so so kind with my baby and careful. The lady's up front are very nice. But the lady interrogating me as a new patient was terrible. She was preloaded with attitude before she start questioning me. She didn't like my answers so she would just repeat them over again and then started talking over me as if I was being I was being cross, examined in a quart room. I started coming here 1.5 years ago with Dr. Brown. I carry lots of weight on my back and shoulders while working in the military and law enforcement so I was experiencing neck, back and shoulder pain. Would not recommend. Very young very inexperienced doctor who offered me a "careplan" after meeting me one time for something like 40 visits, all which needed to be paid up front. When I told him I'd rather use my insurance and see how it goes, he copped a major attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor offering me all these extra visits on top of what my insurance already pays! (Which is like 25 visits a year!). After three visits I felt no improvement whatsoever and felt like I was given the same adjustment over and over. The kicker was when on my last visit I could hear him parroting EXACTLY what he told me to another patient, almost word for word. What a joke. Decided to go elsewhere about a month later and was told that asking for all my copays up front is illegal anyway and that chiropractors like this give them all a bad name. After a few visits at the other place I feel thousands times better and like the doctor cares about me and my well being rather than my money. read more

All I can say is Dr. brown has the most professional service that I have come across. He is very patient and kind. Always willing to listen and help in any situation that you may have. To have a doctor to be there to listen to you so you can have a better experience is hard to find. His staff is super friendly and have the best customer service. Dr Brown and his staff are friendly. If you schedule a Saturday appointment, beware, you will be waiting awhile. They double and/or triple-book appointments, since their hours are minimal on Saturday. However, if your schedule only allows you to go on a Saturday and you have to sit and wait, then it's better than nothing. But I stopped going for a couple if reasons, one was because of my own scheduling conflicts with work, etc. Alao, I've been to other chiros in my past, in Florida, and have had better results. I have since gone for acupuncture treatments (with more convenient hours for me) and my body has responded very well. read more

Very young inexperienced doctor who wanted to lock my husband into some weird strange plan of 28 visits depsite him only having very mild back pain from sleeping wrong. Went to two appointments and didn't care for the adjustments. Kept saying he "couldn't get" my husbands lower back which was his problem area and made it hurt worse. Now his young lady front desk keeps calling us depsite us saying we found another chiropractor. They do not take no thank you for an answer. Very frustrating. read more
