I would recommend this place over and over if you live in the area and need a chiropractor…read more I'm on my 8th (or 9th?) visit with Dr. Frink and I feel better after every session. The initial reason for my visit was a sharp pain on my back that came out of nowhere - just sitting on my bed playing with my niece, nothing strenuous at all. I was seen on the same day (can't guarantee this for everyone but seeing that I could not hold the pain any longer that day, I have to add that here). There are a lot of things that have changed since I visited Dr. Frink and Dr. York. 1. I wake up LESS at night. I've been having deep slumbers and feel well-rested the next day. 2. Less headaches and migraines for sure! I keep a log of how often I get headaches and how extreme. 3. The fingers on my right hand have been numb since 2017. I'm starting to feel them again ever since my visits and I feel like they are gradually regaining their sensation. Dr. Frink is very sweet and takes his time getting to know his patients! I would always recommend him and even if I no longer live in the area, I would still come here for their services! The receptionists/medical assistants are very nice and provide excellent customer service.

When the massage was done after my $100 90 minute massage she made me pay an extra $20 for a tip when I didn't even get the "happy ending" I hear so much about from these places. She was very rude. My eyes watered a few times from how much it hurt. She makes you pay first and why should you pay first without knowing beforehand how good the service will be, very unprofessional. Never coming back here to get ripped off again. My back hurts worse than it did before I came in now soooo thanks for that. Waste of money -_-

Now having to get another MRI before another surgery. I wish he would've just worked on my back and neck. To be so disrespected by the two ladies/office staff! for them texting me an appointment time, talk down to a patient for a mistake that she made, was rather embarrassing and to do that in front of other patients was just rude. Never received a call to find out why I walked out after being treated so wrong, makes it hard to recommend anyone to this establishment. The other downfall is these other physical issues I'm still going through and now having a second surgery on something I know he damaged, makes it hard to recommend anyone to an establishment where I was treated so wrong! and also having this setback on my healing. I started my Chiro treatment back in February of 2025, it's now January of 2026. I'm starting with a different Chiropractor and will never allow a chiropractor to work on anything but my neck and back. It truly saddens me to write/post any negativity on any type of business. I owned a business for over 20 years, I always leave good reviews. This does not make me feel good to write this.
