The initial reason for my visit was a sharp pain on my back that came out of nowhere - just sitting on my bed playing with my niece, nothing strenuous at all. I was seen on the same day (can't guarantee this for everyone but seeing that I could not hold the pain any longer that day, I have to add that here). There are a lot of things that have changed since I visited Dr. Frink and Dr. York. 1. I wake up LESS at night. I've been having deep slumbers and feel well-rested the next day. 2. Less headaches and migraines for sure! I keep a log of how often I get headaches and how extreme. 3. The fingers on my right hand have been numb since 2017. I'm starting to feel them again ever since my visits and I feel like they are gradually regaining their sensation. Dr. Frink is very sweet and takes his time getting to know his patients! I would always recommend him and even if I no longer live in the area, I would still come here for their services! The receptionists/medical assistants are very nice and provide excellent customer service.

Not happy with office staff/ billing whatsoever…read more Wife scheduled massage therapy for me, as my back has been hurting lately. She called to confirm the visit would be covered by insurance. Was told by office staff that she checked, and indeed it would be covered. Went in 10 minutes prior to appointment, l asked again to confirm that the massage would be covered. Was told that since it was coded under massage therapy that yes, insurance would cover. Upon completion of the (frankly, average at best massage), was told by front desk gal (same gal that confirmed both over the phone), that the visit is a $180 charge. HUH? She said that since the massage therapist wasn't actually a licensed chiropractor as well, she couldn't code it as massage therapy and had to charge me full price. I'm not happy with this business AT ALL. Even the most high-end massage therapists at spas don't charge anywhere near that price, and why tell me multiple times that she was 100% certain it would be covered, only to spring an exorbitant and ridiculous $180 charge for a sub-par massage AFTER services rendered? In all fairness, I must disclose that the business owner (the chiropractor Wall) offered to refund $65 of that $180 to try to make it right. But still. Truly ridiculous. This place leaves much to be desired and their communication stinks and is incompetent.
