Sadly, I wanted to be able to leave a good review because I like Dr. Bob and think he could help my issues. But unfortunately I cannot abide the disrespect of my time. I always arrive on time (their reminder texts ask us to "please arrive on time"), but I'm being seen later and later, the more I come. I understand that seems to be the nature of the doctors office, and maybe even more so for chiropractors, but it's disrespectful. My time is valuable, and should be respected. My first couple appointments I was seen pretty much at the time of my appointment, but my wait seems to be getting longer and longer the more I come. They don't have weekend hours, so I leave work early in order to fight traffic and arrive on time. Today, I made an appointment at 9:30am on my vacation day. I arrived on time, and after 20 minutes of waiting was told (when I asked... no one even acknowledged I'd been waiting 20 minutes) that I'd be waiting 15 more minutes. Then I find out another gentleman was booked for a 9:30am appointment, so my time was at LEAST double-booked, if not more. When I said I needed to leave as I had other commitments, and that I thought 35 minutes late was a bit much, the woman was perfectly friendly, but there was not one mention of apology or that my time was valued, any acknowledgment that I was here on my vacation day, or any type of excuse for the lateness or double booking. Just a friendly, very chipper "Okay!!" and a refund of my payment (which is always taken immediately upon check-in... priorities, you know.) I expect to wait 10-15 minutes for an appointment - even though, really, that should be the exception not the rule, otherwise what is even the point of an APPOINTMENT - but 35 minutes or more, with no reasons or apologies, I won't tolerate. So it looks like I'm back to my search for a chiropractor. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and I love this place! I saw Dr. Bob pre-pregnancy, during my entire pregnancy, and postpartum and is a life saver. We need to have at least 90% of doctors like doctor Bob in USA. He is a happy person,he also communicate that happiness. He is so pleasant and cooperative. My previous chiropractor always gave me 15min(total) fo visit but at Gregory Chiropractic they are offering 10-15min for bed massage plus 30min or more for doctor to do his job. These guys are the best. I've had 5 star experiences every time I've gone! Dr. Bob knows what he's doing and really cares about making the minimal, right adjustments for that specific visit. He's not one of those wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am chiropractors that does the same thing every time. This office has it all. Upscale, modern and clean with friendly staff and private adjusting rooms. Dr. Bob is attentive, friendly and the best I've been to. Calm atmosphere and people aren't hurried thru and herded into 'stalls' like other offices. The hydraulic adjustment table is a huge plus, no trying to get up and down from a stationary when you're hurting. The massage room is comfortable with a heated table and quality linens. I was injured in a car accident one year ago, and my attorney referred me to Dr. Bob. Best decision I made was going to Gregory Chiropractic!! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bob and his staff! He is always friendly, funny, and really takes the time to know each and every one of his patients. I searched several local chiropractors here on Yelp, so tried Gregory Chiropractic. I love Dr. Bob & his staff! Dr. Bob knows his stuff and truly cares and wants to help his patients feel better. It's pretty easy to get an appointment when I want, but since he's so popular, one must often wait a bit before being seen. The wAit is worth it though, as Dr. Bob is so great! Can't say enough good things about this office. Dr. bob is just an awesome guy. He is fun, entertaining and always makes each visit fun. You can tell he loves his job. He cares about you, and always finds the source of the pain. He always leaves me feeling better after a visit, not just physically but mentally as well.. I have a better understanding of what's going on and not only that but I always leave with a smile. Also, Brenda who is their massage therapist works wonder!! She is small but she is MIGHTY!! This is a tough review to write. I like the Dr a lot and he has given me some relief over the last 3 weeks. On the other hand, the wait times are very bad unless you are there at 830 in the morning. The waiting room is always full as they seem to overbook. If you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes past your appmt time then I would recommend. The staff apologizes every time but nothing changes. If you like an office that respects your time then look somewhere else. I will be looking elsewhere as my time is just as important as theirs. read more

Bob is such an awesome chiropractor!! I first started coming to see him when I got injured at work over a year ago. Even though that injury has subsided, I still visit him if I'm feeling a little tight through my back and he loosens it right up. He has been practicing for 15 years now and you can tell. He's very knowledgable and very friendly to talk to while you get adjusted. Their new location at Sunrise Medical Campus is beautiful as well.
