Provider was running late for intake, and when I asked to reschedule, they just rushed to see me and rest of the appointment. Not to mention every room in the entire building has religious information, including Bibles. While I'm not against religion, I don't feel that it should be in every single room, including the bathroom when you're going to a medical office. It made the appointment very awkward and uncomfortable. read more

Our entire family has been going to Rody's for 17 years. Rody's is our " second family " . They are loving, kind, knowledgeable, and great Christian business. All the providers are AMAZING! God Bless, McCall family. read more

I have been coming to this Chiropractic office for over 30 years. Great quality care and the doctors take the time to listen. I'm a firm believer in Chiropractic care and without it would not be as active in my 60s as I am now. I also have used their massage therapists. Always a great experience but they are VERY busy and its hard to get into a last minute appointment unless you have had an accident, etc. read more

They give the best care! Have been going here for over 15 years now. The office staff is always nice, caring, and compassionate. The doctors are great. Best care I've received with chiropractic! read more

My wife made an appointment for me, I thought it was for a different day. My wife's card was charged a $75 fee for my no show since you have to leave a credit card number to even make the appointment. I called to dispute the charge, as it is not fair to her. I asked if I could start a payment plan before knowing they had already charged her card for the full amount. They refused to refund her. I asked if we could start over and I would make the appointment. They said I could but the charge still applies. She is now in contact with her bank. My suggestion to Rody is to have a little more understanding. They made me feel like that $75 dollars was more important than helping my chiropractic needs. I did not like the office tone or their dismissive attitude towards my situation. At the very least let me take the burden and refund her card. My wife did a very sweet thing by making the appointment, a simple refund and reschedule by the office staff could of made a bond for everyone. For Rody to decide how the payment will be made is rude and unfair. They were too bothered to make a payment arrangement with ME since they already got what they wanted from her. Steven read more

Was introduced to this practice when I moved to the area back in 2009. My family had been receiving chiropractic care for years before that, but this was our first experience with atlas orthogonal treatment. There's a HUGE difference - if you're not familiar, I strongly recommend you Google it to get the details. Rody also offer massages therapy on-site, which enables us to see the LMT (covered by my insurance - thank goodness!) just before the chiropractor; since you're more relaxed, the doc's adjustments are more effective. BTW, their adjustments aren't limited to the spine. If you're suffering from knee, wrist, etc. pain, be sure to let them know as they CAN HELP - communication is key! Their office staff, in my experience, has been helpful in working with us to address insurance billing issues. They are also polite and friendly. read more

I want to give Dr Sam all stars!!! He is amazing!!! I came in today though and apparently a staff member had a visitor which included a toddler and a dog. You couldn't hear anything with all the noise and screaming and I couldn't even focus on filling out my paperwork. I hope I don't run into this again. Although I can appreciate a family environment, they should at least have control of the visitors and at least try to be somewhat professional in the waiting room. read more

Absolutely amazing. Doctor Amy Rody is the best of the best! The office staff is so polite!

These guys are a class act! From start to finish. You know how even in a place where most people are friendly, there is always someone with an angry standing face. Not here! EVERYONE....the front desk, provider, X-ray person, everyone, was friendly, kind, warm, caring and compassionate! I have seen a half dozen chiropractors and NEVER has such a thorough, wonderful experience! The Chiropractor, Dr. Amy, spent 30 mins with me explaining everything. I never felt rushed through, I never felt unimportant. Just wow! Highly recommend this place! It's like they fill the place with happy gas, everyone smiling is a rarity it seems, sadly. Also these guys use the atlas orthogonal technique, not commonly used practice, but it WORKS! First time I've felt a difference immediately. read more

I just had my 3rd appointment. This is not your typical chiropractor where they pop your back/neck to adjust. It is a completely different theory where they use an instrument that mildly thumps your skin, so in basic thinking it vibrates below the area of the spine where they want to manipulate/adjust. I was overtly skeptical at my first appointment. I believe things are changing and will update again after my next. Very different from what I'm a custom to so trying to keep an open mind. They do have plenty of parking and nice building(s) and facilities. They even have Massage which is in an adjoining building. read more

I haven't even been to my appt yet & already about 20 calls just to get a appt.. it's been 2 weeks I've been waiting for the appt. I haven't been treated very nice either. I wish I would have gone somewhere else already. My boyfriend has been here before Even w/ him returning for services they are still being very rude. I don't like to give out my credit card either especially when it's a car accident issue & not my fault at all( the other drivers). Anyway my appointment is finally tomorrow & I'm not looking forward to it read more

This is the best doctors office. Dr Jon is great. It is easy to get appointments and I never have to wait long.

So I called to make an appt this morning - was asked to fax over my referral - Done - Was told she would call me right back - Never did - I called at 2:20pm to see what was going on, she put me on hold and picked up the phone and hung up on me!!!! NOT A GREAT START!!!!!!!!!!!! No one ever called me back!! Should I talk to the management or just look for another place read more

Dr Chris is great! Has significantly helped my back pain. Everyone in the office is super nice as well.

I really like this clinic. The only downside is they are rarely on schedule. Which is a bit frustrating at times when you have a scheduled appointment and you are doing your best to fit it into a work schedule. Hopefully they can come up with something to improve this soon! Other than that, it's great! :) read more

Love this clinic! I have been coming here for several years. My doctor is Dr. Amy and she is amazing! You don't even have to tell her where the problem is...she will find it. She will examine your spine and tell you exactly where the problem is and fix it. I have used chiropractors in the past and she is by far the best! read more

This was the most friendly office I have ever been to. Every single person was kind the atmosphere in this office is so incredibly relaxing and positive. I love the radio station they play it is I love the radio station they play it is uplifting. When I left I noticed a small clipboard off to the side and it was for prayer request yes you got that right prayer request how awesome is that. I saw Doctor Chris and he was incredibly thorough and attentive I am definitely glad I made this my choice of care read more

Gordon Rody has helped my whole family. I did not believe in Chiropractors prior to coming here. They earned my business when I was told to come back when I needed. I used to think that all chiropractors adjusted you so you had to come back. Thank you for the adjustments! read more

I've been seeing Gordon Rody for over 5 years. As a commercial carpenter I was in serious pain when I showed up, and had a pretty tweaked out back. After a few visits, I could literally see a huge difference on my x-ray and felt 100x better. I've been going every few months, since my back was relieved. Every time I start to feel the same pressure and pain I come back to much relief. Very professional, expedient and helpful. Can't thank him enough! read more

Worst pain I've ever been in. Make sure chiro works for your condition by going to real doctor first

If you don't have a problem with your doctor not listening to you and only spending maybe a minute with you or feeling like a faceless money source, by all means go here! I absolutely LOVE the massage therapist I see there but I would honestly prefer to not see Dr Gordon at all. He comes in the room with a generic greeting and manipulates whatever area he feels is necessary, does not listen to your concerns, only tells you that in time things will feel better but he has to get you back to good before he can address any one specific area then sends you on your way with little to no care as to how you are feeling. I HATE that when I go in for massage and chiro the same day I have to pay 2 co-pays. It's absolutely ridiculous! You can't tell me that a business like his that sees probably 40-50 patients an hour has a need to charge that much per person. I started seeing him with hopes of helping my migraines and instead of relief they have only gotten worse. When I attempted to explain that to him, it went in one ear and out the other as if he didn't care one bit. Extremely RUDE! If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance requires chiro in order to cover massage therapy, I definitely would not go back. I want to see a doctor who will listen to my concerns and give me some advice on how to help instead of being ushered in and out as if it were a race. I will be seeking out a new therapist unfortunately, so I don't have to continue my business with him. read more

I have had consistent problems with my back. After seeing a physical therapist for 4 months I ended up coming here at the advice of my mom. Within 2 visits everything was in alignment, my headaches were gone, and overall I felt better. The quick maintenance appointments work perfectly for my schedule! read more

If you've never heard of Atlas Orthogonal chiro, you need to check it out. This isn't your standard "crack and come back" practice. They want you to be fixed and only come back when you need it. They take great care to show you where your spine is at and explain treatment. The staff is great, every doctor is great, billing is easy - even if you don't have insurance. Give them a try. They really care about your spine! read more

I've had lower back pain for 9 consistent years that has progressively gotten worse. At age 25 I couldn't imagine what kind of physical life I'd have in another 10 years. I've visited two other chiropractors, both of which I had been referred to. Neither Dr. Could give me the lasting relief even after multiple visits as Dr. Gordon did. Don't give up fighting lower back pain if you're suffering. Dr. Gordon is a cut above. read more

Can't say enough wonderful things. I tried out another local doctor and was still in so much pain. These guys literally saved my life, my job and my way of living. Will be a patient here for years to come. read more

While the Chiropractors here are extremely talented and skilled, (and Atlas Orthogonal is amazing), and the front desk staff is friendly and stellar, and the office is warm and inviting, you will be a number here. It is the fast food of chiropactors. You will need to get your Happy Meal/Adjustment, and get out. You will have to get down on your knees during an appointment and beg for an extra few seconds to talk, ask questions, get advice or help beyond your basic adjustment. There is better holistic care elsewhere. Keep looking. read more

I phoned a courtesy call to the front desk and letting her know that I was running a little late. She did not tell me not to come. That's being said, I honesty did not know they had strict policy about being late past 15 minutes for my massage therapist and she refuses her service to me. I was 17 minutes late; 2 minutes pass the cut off. No one wants to be late. No one like being late. I was her last appointment of the day. I work in Kent and sometimes it takes more than 1 hr driving to Puyallup due fwy 167 traffic under construction. Other times, I usually arrived plenty of time for my appointments. I tried to scheduled according to my work schedule. Things happened and certain situations arise unexpectedly that we can't control. It's understood it is my fault but I thought the service can be better. I provided the business in the past and currently. Because of this reason I will bring my business somewhere else. read more

Love this place! After dealing with mid back pain for over 8 years and going to physical therapy for 4 years I am finally back to normal after 3 visits, thanks to Dr. Amy Rody! Not only has she relieved all my back pain but has also illuminated my migraines! All of the staff here is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here!! read more

Our whole family received chiropractic care at Rody Chiropractic. This has been a real blessing for us. I can honestly say that keeping our family's neck and back properly aligned has kept us all very healthy with properly functioning immune systems. We have seen several amazing recoveries from falls and horseback riding injuries that could have caused long-term problems but since they were treated right away, a full recovery was made. In the rare event that someone gets a cold or the flu, a chiropractic adjustment has dramatically decreased the recovery time. This office is unique in that it features Atlas-Orthogonal adjustments with no manual manipulation of the neck. We like this - it is a very targeted, accurate adjustment that really makes a big difference. You can read more about this technique for yourself on the internet, but if you have headaches, sciatic pain or any other aches and pains, I encourage you to give them a call to find out how they could help you. There are sometimes long wait times, but I can tell you that our family thinks that the quality of care is well worth the wait time. read more

Rody Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

For Christmas I asked my family to get me massage gift certificates at Rody's. Rody's front counter staff sold them at both $50 and $60 for an hour-long massage, that was the first sign of a problem but I was grateful for the gifts my family had given me. The first time I used a $50 certificate I received a past due notice in the mail, a month later, for $10 despite having a credit on my account. You would think if more money were due they would A) Tell me when I gave them the certificate, B) simply deduct it from the existing credit on my account. This is when I learned that the massages would all be $60 despite what they told my family. The sloppy accounting was a red flag, but I still had certificates left. When I went to use the last certificate the massage therapist called in "sick" after the scheduled appointment time of 2pm, the day after Christmas. It became apparent that the office staff knew she was thinking about calling in sick but never verified. I had taken the day off work and planned the entire day around this appointment. Rody's solution: reschedule or take a refund. I opted for the refund. Many phone calls and unreturned messages later they only refunded half of what I am owed. I now have to take them to small claims court to resolve what should be a simple and painless matter. While the chiropractors and massage therapist I've seen at Rody's have all been great the office staff is incompetent at best. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

I was a long time patient here along with my family. There is little continuity with the staff. They are not efficient with their sytems and their staff is often not able to help with simple things like printing out receipts for me to submit to my health savings account. Staff turnover is also a problem. Wait time for appoinments can border on the rediculous and there is never acknowledgement of this. When I made an appointment for my son to have his first xrays I was told I would need to provide my credit card so they could charge if we did not show up. We have been patients for so many years, we have always shown up for our appointments. We have seen massage therapists and the chiropractors and we have had to wait for them. It made me upset to be treated in this way. For all these little reasons I decided to no longer be a patient at this office. And they will never know because they are like a machine, stacking patients up with very little personal care. read more
