He kept us in the loop and I was quickly informed when timing had shifted a bit because a prior project was taking longer than expected. Work was done in a timely manner, the fear of trees toppling over no longer an issue. They removed the stumps and a large root that was growing in the direction of the house. They trimmed several feet off the top of my tangerine tree so I can reach the fruit easier now. They did not massacre my tangerine tree like a previous tree trimmer did years ago and it is already putting out new happy leaves and looks healthy. They also hauled away all the leaves and branches and gave me the marungay leaves as I requested so I could give them to friends and neighbors and their price was reasonable, they came on time and finished in the estimated time they gave me. They cause nearly $1000 of damages to my car. He admitted to me that he had problems with the two crewmen. The two crewmen admitted to me that they had problems with the owner of this business. vice versa. The owner gave me false excuses and denied it. The owner was reluctant to cooperate with me and own up to his responsibility. I file a claim against his insurance company Atain insurance company. The owner denied ever been there to his insurance company. Thereby his insurance company denied my claim with an excuse that they were never there. THAT IS VERY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL.

Then Jon joked about missing our previously agreed upon appointment thinking it was no big deal that I had to take off work to drive an hour to go meet him. Very unprofessional. He said hat he would come out and give me a super discount for doing the tree, since he totally flakes on me, so I decided to call him back a few weeks later, he answered the phone, said he was busy and that he call me back, of which, he never did. I proceeded to leave him four other messages over the same number of months and he just keeps ignoring my phone calls, and never return a call, a text message or an email. There are other PLENTY of more reliable tree trimmers out there that will do just as good work and actually be professional and return calls. Really disappointed in Jon and his lack of respect for his customers. It's not the type of service we were looking for and certainly had no respect for our time.
