So in I went to Kal Tire. They'll price match! So if you love Costco prices but want to avoid the brutal Tire Center service (as you might have heard from other people it's brutal) go to Kal Tire. Dad died in 2009 and the mechanics and staff there still treat us the same; they let us know if extra work needs to be done and why, plus they tell us if something will need to be fixed in the future, say at the next oil change. I am a single female and I take my car in and they treat me with respect and do not get upset if I need extra explanations or a repeat on what they've just told me.

After two days for a water pump and thermostat replacement, I picked up my Jeep, and it was barely drivable--shaking violently at idle, misfiring, and with both the check engine and ABS lights flashing randomly. The shop claimed these issues were pre-existing, citing engine codes as proof. However, when they called the day before, they only mentioned needing to "burp" air out of the engine to improve performance, with no mention of misfiring or warning lights. If these issues were "always there," why weren't they noted earlier? My girlfriend and I drive this vehicle regularly and can confirm it was running fine with no shaking, misfiring, or warning lights before the repair. I paid $1,200 for a service that left my Jeep in far worse condition, barely able to make it home. I absolutely know the shop caused these issues and is blatantly lying to cover it up. I'm furious and will never return. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.

I went to Tireland to have a strut mount installed that I supplied from GM. Right after I left the…read moremount made rattling noises. When I took it back I was told the spring was not seated properly. That means it was installed improperly. If a car strut spring is slightly off and needs to be turned into a better seating position, it can cause damage to a strut mount by making it lose bearings. This is common. Sure enough 2 weeks later it was worse. I took it to a trustworthy GM Dealership because I also heard brake noises and they installed the brakes the year before. It was found it was not the brakes. Sure enough the strut mount Tireland installed was missing bearings. I had to pay two companies for the installation of a new strut mount and wheel alignment. Tireland refused to pay anything. Wouldn't even refund half. They even admitted they installed the spring incorrectly. I understand they won't warranty my strut mount. They did say because it is uncertain if the bearing were missing before or after their poor install they would pay half. Then they said no way. The original strut mounts lasted 13 years one side and 16 years on the side Tireland replaced. The 13 year install is still good 3 years later. Tireland install lasted 2 weeks. Sound suspicious? It is. They cannot be trusted period.

I bought a used Porsche and was referred here for a post purchase check up a couple of weeks ago - they checked everything over for me and found things I need to keep an eye on and a couple of things that needed to be repaired and they were able to do that right away. They had a bent rim sent out, repaired and back on my SUV the next day (this issue was completely missed at another garage). Everyone I dealt with was friendly & helpful and I have absolutely no concerns about their quality of work. I will definitely be taking my Porsche back there when needed. Thank you West Tireland!
