I take alot pride in keeping the interior of my vehicle clean, but when I picked it up both my vehicles windows were partly left down and it was so extremely dirty in the interior it was a bit disappointing it couldn't be returned in the same condition I left it in (interior of course as it was there for exterior damage). Upon pick up I was notified they lost my set of car keys but did have a new one made. My old keys had a fob and that I never got back.. but it is something the company is working with me on. He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended. January 9, 2018 Drove out again for Terry to so some more work for me, CV joint and boots. Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand. I made a mistake a few days earlier and took my Jeep to another automotive shop, just for a lightbulb and they broke my light!! Terry fixed it and showed me how to do it by myself next time so I don't have to deal with shoddy workmanship from other places. Long story short, no one else is going to touch my Jeep from now on! My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

I called Technical, describing known problems and explaining that I didn't want to spend much to fix this truck up. I said that I was prepared to junk the truck if repair costs ran too high. They convinced me to take it in for a look. After 3-4 hours they called back telling me the cause of each issue I described. In many cases the fix was much less significant than I expected. Initially fearing a repair estimate of over $2000 or $3000, I was shocked when told the estimate was $515! It was ready for pickup a short time later, and in better repair than it had ever been since I bought the truck. Thank you, Technical. They claimed the problem was with my truck, which the dealership said it was from the improper install. So I talked to the manager of the Lube City and he would not refund my money from the oil change or the bill from the dealership. I had to talk to their Vice president and threaten to put a write up in the Stony Plain reporter before he would even call the dealership. After he called the dealership he finally agreed to refund my money. I would not recommend Lube City to anyone I know. They talk about there warranty, if anything goes wrong, but if it does they just blame it on something else so they are not responsible. I hope they close the doors on this business, if this is how they are going to operate.
