I had a terrible experience at Lube City, I had a fuel filter changed on my diesel. I was in the…read moreshop for four hours, and a tow truck had to haul my truck to the dealership to get it fixed. They claimed the problem was with my truck, which the dealership said it was from the improper install. So I talked to the manager of the Lube City and he would not refund my money from the oil change or the bill from the dealership. I had to talk to their Vice president and threaten to put a write up in the Stony Plain reporter before he would even call the dealership. After he called the dealership he finally agreed to refund my money. I would not recommend Lube City to anyone I know. They talk about there warranty, if anything goes wrong, but if it does they just blame it on something else so they are not responsible. I hope they close the doors on this business, if this is how they are going to operate.

I had tried this place when it first opened many years ago and had similar issues. and I haven't used them since. out of convenience I took my new truck there and the same issues. will never use them again and would NOT recommend to anyone. if you want to protect you "best asset" as they say don't use great Canadian oil change.

He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended. January 9, 2018 Drove out again for Terry to so some more work for me, CV joint and boots. Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand. I made a mistake a few days earlier and took my Jeep to another automotive shop, just for a lightbulb and they broke my light!! Terry fixed it and showed me how to do it by myself next time so I don't have to deal with shoddy workmanship from other places. Long story short, no one else is going to touch my Jeep from now on! The interior headliner was covered in grease and they took a brush to the hood. After complaining multiple times about the sloppy workmanship they half ass cleaned the interior and buffed the scratches. Paint is still damaged and easily seen. they swirled both sides of our vehicle and you can see it from 40ft away. I complained to the service manager Norman Mercier about the problems and he said he would do nothing for us. He expected us to use are own insurance to pay for the damages they did to our new vehicle. After them having our vehicle 11 days and going there 6 times they did not resolve the problem. They refused todo anything about the damages. Now we have to pay for paint correction out of our own pocket to try and fix what they did. I asked for camera footage and they did not have any to show us and kept saying that they didn't damage the vehicle. complained to the manager of the dealership and he refused to fix the damages and wouldn't even look at the vehicle so I could show him what his dealership did. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They do not take responsibility for their actions and put it on the customer.

He wanted to order breaks for me and set up an appointment right away to have them done. I told him I already have a good mechanic. Two weeks later at my mechanic I find out that my breaks are at 50-60%! He lied to my face. Also they stripped my lug nuts to the point they fell apart. I am so thankful for my mechanic! The next day I tried driving my car back to the same Mr. Lube and barely made it to the door when the car died. After waiting for an hour or two the workers found that the oil filter had fallen out of the car and was operating with no oil. I got my car towed to a mechanic where they found that the engine was completely seized up and my car was undriveable. It is worth noting my car had no prior issues to this oil change. I contacted one of the owners, Jatinder Turna, who was completely unwilling to provide any help, compensation, or even take responsibility for the damage his establishment had done to my car. He even refused to meet with me to discuss the issue. I am now left without a car and wondering how does one fuck up an oil change this bad?

Tried to return the rubber but was turned away due to the fact I left the property. I was stuck with $1300 rubber I could not use. I take alot pride in keeping the interior of my vehicle clean, but when I picked it up both my vehicles windows were partly left down and it was so extremely dirty in the interior it was a bit disappointing it couldn't be returned in the same condition I left it in (interior of course as it was there for exterior damage). Upon pick up I was notified they lost my set of car keys but did have a new one made. My old keys had a fob and that I never got back.. but it is something the company is working with me on. It does feel like its being dragged out as ive had the vehicle back over a week now.
