The attendant was more than happy to direct me and help me with the whole process.... again because I am noob at this. All the car wash building heard for ten minutes was a screaming Asian woman, as she sprayed and washed her car frantically. I used my credit card to pay the wash. IMPORTANT INFO: Make sure to press the STOP button in the charging machine once you are done with washing, otherwise, your credit card will be charged the maximum amount of the service which is $25. Also, don't be alarmed when you see in your bank account that you have a pending of $25 charge. The machine preauthorizes $25 in your card ahead of time, but will clear it to the actual amount in a few days..... A bunch of dumbasses in Google reviews keep complaining about this one.... The attendant was also courteous enough to remind me about that too... All in all, I paid only $8 for washing my car thoroughly, washing my mats, and vacuuming the interior of my car. NOT BAD, right? .... I also ended up getting a free shower too because I am a noob. The end.

Also, the card tap/timer is sketchy and doesn't give you a timed amount so you guess your vehicle will cost $10 to wash and that's what it charges you. If you don't use the full amount, too bad...that is what you got charged and will stay on and until the magical time runs out. I left there, even after using the brush, to find bugs still on the windshield and front of the truck. Definitely won't go back and I was surprised, since Hughes generally has decent car washes. I think this one is the lemon.

A lot of reviews here complaining about the water pressure - but this wash seemed to have a lot better pressure than most - so I'm not sure if these people usually washing their cars at industrial semi-truck bays or what? I was easily able to wash away all the dirt, no issues (use the pre-soak, people!). After I was done - I started putting my mats back into the car and the owner(?) came over and asked if I was done. I said that I was, and she reminded me to press stop on the machine. I had forgotten and it would have kept charging had I not stopped it. 100% my fault, but major props to the owner for coming over and reminding me. Great show of integrity and customer service! We found JR's and…read moregot the price in writing by email, as I now always do with every company just incase of any miscommunication of the job or price. So we took our brand new vehicle to JR's for 3 m Tape, Undercoating, and Ceramic Coating. The results are beautiful! The vehicle doesn't get dirty as easily in slush, it's like a teflon pan where things slide off. The tape was done really well as for the undercoating, it SEEMS great, but time will tell with this. But regardless there is a good warranty and they will check it and touch it up if it needs anything done. As for the price, we recieved in writing and on our receipt, it was exact. The price was far better than any of the other 4 shops quoted my husband by hundreds of $s. They needed to keep the vehicle for 2 days so each process dried properly and when we picked it up we could not be more pleased. JR walked us around the vehicle, explained how to care for it, gave us a bottle of Graphine to keep up the ceramic coating every two months, (the lady at reception explained exactly how to use it) and they asked us to come back every 1.5 to 2 years to check on the undercoating in case it requires a touch up and to keep the warranty in good standing. We feel the warranties are really good on these processes too. It has been about a month and we feel the quality of work done is really great and the processes look amazing with the vehicle looking really shiny and very clean! Thank you JR for doing such a great job. We appreciate your care and attention to detail. We certainly recommend JR's Auto Detailing in the West End and are happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Damage was done to the paint and JR's told us it was paint defect and to go talk to the dealership. After consulting the dealer as well as 3 body shops they all confirmed it was from a heat gun or some tool used to apply the front end paint protection. Wouldn't set foot in a place that can't admit when they make a mistake and own up to it. Had they done so I may have a better opinion of this business but as of right now. Not a chance. I took the vehicle to mighty clean auto spa and the owner was incredible. The owner lent my his own vehicle since the lender was already in use, so I could make my Dr appointment. The staff cleaned my car better than any cleaners we had previously used as well for almost 200.00 cheaper!!!! Bubble car wash 8 months before had told me the stain on my husbands seat would never come out and gave me back my vehicle with the stain. Auto clean removed this stain and literally every crevice of the car was cleaned. I appreciated all the service and was so thankful to have the car nice and clean for our baby's first ride home.
